Q&A - how much feedback do you get as a pro from coaches? What is the content of the feedback? What is the best feedback you have had from a coach?
raw training session. love hearing the ball being struck, the ambience, and your voices giving each other instructions. awesome video worth replaying over and over
Q&A- Hey Matt I am now on month two of having a broken ankle. Can you talk about how to recover and move past an injury
My goat 🐐
This is so valuable for coaches and aspiring players for ideas for individual or very small group training. Just 1 thought. On the last "Lay-off + Finish" drills. Perhaps instead of laying the ball directly back to the shooter (which I don't believe happens very often in a game at that section of the field), lay the ball off at the top of the box so the player can continue his run to take a shot (as messi and man city players often do) and/or then lay-off closer to go (more of a 1-2 to get around a defender) to a shot. This would take longer as the person needs more time to get back the starting position but i believe these 2 lay-offs/shots are much more common in a game IMO. Thx again for taking the time to video, edit and post.
Q&A - As a player, how does playing time and being a starter/sub translate to development?
i noticed the editing is getting better and better. i like the animations for the text for the days and settings, etc. did you hire someone or is this all you?
Quality vid as always💯💯💯
Is there anyway we could get a Game Play Analysis video from the USMNT’s
Dest and/or Zimmerman pov from RO16 or Group Stages?👀
Matt joining the mls??
Noti gang 🎉
Q&A - Do you have an agent who contacts clubs in order for you to get a move somewhere else, does clubs usually contact you directly and want to give you an offer straight away, or do you have to train with the club before they decide to give you a contract?
yeah he has an agent
Q&A Hey Matt do you have any advice on how an international player should go about getting a D1 scholarship? Thank you and love the vids ❤
Soccer assist
Get an agent
wagwan mattttttttty
Hi Matt I’m loving your videos as a young soccer player myself.
Q&A: how do you get along and make new friends wit teammates when you are constantly switching teams every season?
I would say to just go up to them say hi and tell them your name, join in on the 2 touch or rondo before the trainings starts etc
Yup been doing that recently and trying to overcome my fear of taking to people. I really believe that a team plays better when they get along and are close
Q&A- Matt why dont you ever train or work on your dribbling, skills, step overs, rolls, cruyuff turns etc.
you don’t need to work on skill moves so much. It’s better if you work on game scenario drills that actually help you improve everyday
Do you guys rent the pitches or how do you go to them?
🔥🔥🔥
Q&A- have you ever thought about joining San Antonio FC?
Bro is living in 2023 😂
Do a wc reaction highlight series
Very good😊😊😊😊😊😊😊yees
What’s the difference between box drill left and right?? Looked the same to me lol

Hello ! Is it necessary to buy a dozen of ball to practice, shoot , cross ? Can we improve with a low cost ball ? Or should I buy a costly and good quality of ball ? Does the quality of ball stop us from improving at shooting and first touch ?
Personal opinion
You don't need dozens of balls if have 1 or 2 it's good but more balls means less chasing after every shot/ cross
I think a good match quality ball is perfect for training if can get one that would be great
Edit : low cost is good but it won't serve you for long ( personal experience) and match quality aren't that expensive tho
@@motasemsaleh431 Thanks ! I appreciate it !
Get more balls for like $30 sometimes they have them on sale for $15-$20 i had a bunch of them when i used to train and my shooting got significantly better becouse i dint have to chase balls around
@@Houcnc thanks for your opinion
What Happened to your set of footballs, don’t see them anymore
One thing to note is how Andrew has more follow through on his shots and even many of his passes than Matt. I believe that this is taught, but I have never understood why. It can generate more power, but the strike is less crisp and it means that the kicker is off balance and will be slower to react on the subsequent play.
