Your damageless run gave me some really good strats for the solo flawless master triumph, I did the Communion mission and it took me a few resets (those dudes LOVE throwing grenades) and an hour and a half, but I did it. PS please never stop with the damage comparisons, I'm still thinking about "As much damage as drinking water after eating a mint" and it's been a week. Help.
I think i have another good idea No energy weapon If you delete your hunter again, transfer over a primary exotic, and fill you energy slot with other exotics, the game will leave it empty. I used to do it back in year two as a raid challenge and imo its fun af

The reason why there's no white heavy weapons has to do with the double primary loadouts of D2 Y1. Stubborn Oak and that white void sniper were the white heavies of year 1. If I recall there's also a white arc smg that was the white "special" weapon.
What we need. You and Esoteric going minimum light level against a nightfall just the two of you. The ultimate sadistic duo fighting for the right of power and being the true protagonists of the Destiny universe.
here’s an idea: only melee. or depending if you wish to prevent sinking deeper into insanity, ability only. you’re allowed passive bonuses like lightweight movement buffs, and any other bonus that is applied when you only hold a weapon, exotics and mods etc. just not a glaive melee, unless you want a glaive-only run? not sure how I feel about HOIL, you decide. oh and, your content is very very entertaining, love the commentary, thank you :)
If you make a new character you can get high level common gear (relatively, its capped at 1500) if you were to use DIM to get armor to your new character when you start

I had to step away from the video. It had been a bit of time before I realized that an ad was playing, and the music kept playing. It kept going and going and I thought it’s one of those long ads, let me go over and skip it. I pick up my phone to discover that it wasn’t an ad, that the piano was in fact the underscore to a series of unfortunate murders. I laughed. I subbed.
Having most destiny 2 channels only produce half-attempted content mostly about crucible or patch notes, these challenges are quite the refresher. And the fact that this godsend of a man is not more popular, it disappoints me. But past all that, your vids give me quite the chuckle all the time and please never stop doing these challenges!

BTW maybe someone else has already said this but there is a (I think bugged) white warlock bond that has a light level of 21. (dreamer bond) Just thought it would be something interesting to know. It lets you go bellow the season minimum level.
Now i could be wrong about this but i dont think you needed to delete your hunter you can actually go to the tower with your warlock or any character at that and you should be able to go to the quest archives thing next to the postmaster and pick up the new light quest and it should put you at the beginning of that quest where you wake up and you can actually go and pick up those weapons at light level but i cant remember if that is possible its been some time for me but still good video nonetheless been loving these types of videos

I usually don't subscribe to youtubers who play destiny outside of PvP or information videos, but this video made me respect the fact you did this challenge which I would have gone insane over at the communion mission. Definitely entertaining and worth a sub
Here's an idea. Witch Queen, but you can only use exotics. For weapons, you can only use exotics. If you want to use an ability, then you have to be wearing an exotic that relates to that ability. If you wanted to Nova Bomb, then you would have to use skull of dire ahamkara. You cannot use Nezarec's Sin or crown of tempests to count as all abilities. You CAN, however, use crown of tempests for stormtrance. Also sunbracers can count for both melee and grenade.

This reminds me of my own little challenge to find the purest form of masochism in destiny back I think before the anual pass might've actually been about half way between warmind and forsaken when I beat the entire campaign and after forsaken came out all the dlcs with by only using the travelers chosen it was very fun
I decided to try to do this when you posted about it like a week ago, worst idea ever, got to the immune missions and decided I should stop torturing myself. Props to you for finishing it.
I died the whole way through the campaign. This was a whole ass struggle. We all struggle, but if you don't roll with the punches than the punches gonna roll you. Keep the chin up and beat the game with only a win mote
That wouldn't actually be that bad, just slap on Wormgods, bastion and offensive bulwark, and you'll be 2-punching yellow bars no problem. Or just use liar's handshake and counterpunch when enemies melee you
Actually, now that I think about it, it will be WAY too easy. Just slap on necrotic grips and you're done. A single unpowered melee and the entire room will be cleared

I think I know why the lucent hive despawned at the savathûn fight, it’s because bungie put in a countermeasure to make sure you don’t cheese the lightbearers by making then despawn if you go behind the pillars, that’s just an assumption though

as someone who recently completed a Month of Melee only in all activities and who is now moving on to try and get 5k crucible kills with Leviathan’s breath these challenges seem awesome and if you ever need another idea for one of these styles of videos maybe give melee only a try
Ok, now you’ve gotta do it with only damaged armor (0 power gear from the first D2 mission)and a damaged traveler’s chosen also protip: if you land on a completely flat surface, no matter the height, you can’t die from fall damage

I think I know why the lucent hive despawned at the savathûn fight, it’s because bungie put in a countermeasure to make sure you don’t cheese the lightbearers by making then despawn if you go behind the pillars, that’s just an assumption though
I was thinking that too but someone said they run into the water and die and their ghost doesn't respawn

I love these videos. Your suffering brings me so much joy. But, did you know that mobility doesn't actually increase sprint speed? It only increases strafe speed and double jump height.
You have probably a better ability to bash your head against the wall then anyone I’ve seen in awhile honestly you could easily do a day 1 raid or something if you can stay awake at least

as someone who recently completed a Month of Melee only in all activities and who is now moving on to try and get 5k crucible kills with Leviathan’s breath these challenges seem awesome and if you ever need another idea for one of these styles of videos maybe give melee only a try

When I saw that clip of you having 6k subs I didn't believe it until I checked it myself. The quality of these videos genuinely made me think you were more than 10x that size.
Ha! I'm honestly a little blown away that I even managed to get 6k. For years i've been floating around 20-700 and then all of a sudden boom 6k! It's amazing to see but I'd of been doing this either way audience or not but it's amazing to see
