No matter how many times I have played DSC, the space walk is still impressive. The visuals, Deep Stone Lullaby, Clovis Bray's speech. I know it's become an iconic Destiny moment, but very few games have a moment that hits like this. I don't even think Destiny has had another moment like this. Glad to see you treated it with reverence.

I love that fireteams going quiet during the jumping puzzle to listen to deep stone lullaby is a thing across the board. DSC is by far my favorite raid. So its weapons getting love this season makes me so happy to run it more.
This is a real feat especially with the mental fortutide of the other 5 memebers dealing with one person basically putting them through torture yet it comes out so well

I think this is my favorite out of your white gear challenges you've got great chemistry with your friends. Also you should have turned up the music and turned down other sound effects for the space walk. Also also don't want to rub salt on the wound but I got Touch twice on the 2nd week of the raid releasing.

I just ran DSC for the first time today, and I think it may be my favorate raid, it's the most beutiful right alongside Last Wish, the mechanics are complex, while not being overly convoluted like Vow, and all the encounters are challenging, yet fun, there's no encounter like Exhabition in it, but none of them are mindlesslg simple either, yeah, Taniks isn't a good villain, but the boss fight is pretty good, and Atraks is a great concept and design, even if he is cheeseable like Riven.
Yeah, but it is pretty hilarious when bungie instead of making some big bad exo the boss or really anything imaginative they go TANIKS!!! BUT AGAIN!!!! Definitely bad boss but amazing atmosphere. I just wish it had more to do with the exos, especially since the crypt calls them home and they had dreams of the lighthouse. Such a great plot point to neglect.
@@RyleeReloaded Yeah, Atraks was a far more interesting villain with a better design, I like the way the Taniks boss fight works, I just wish it wasn't Taniks, what if they'd used the idea of cloning more where the only boss is Atraks, just in different forms, starting out with the base version, then Atraks adds to herself until we get something similar to the actual abomination boss.
Another white gear challenge, probably gonna go bout as well as I feel and oooohh bugger am I feeling hurt. Got sick, getting over it, some reason all muscles decided feel like just got done with a marathon........ I did total of 3 things today and my back feels like I got tackled by a striker titan. It's awesome and worrisome that there's enough people to do this in a raid. I tried running white gear in open world for nostalgia and all I felt was pain. Well done to all party members you crazy apes!

sadly you can't do true white gear anymore I still have my armor from the beginning of red war which has zero light level if I equip that and my broken travelers chosen and the rest as just the basic white or green weapons I can get my light level down under 800. I wonder how hard it would be to go through this raid then?
