    My workplace keeps on insisting on carpachio instead of tartar. Bloody hate doing carpachio. This is so much easier, and there's more flavor. More substance in a bite means more flavor. Hvala puno Šefe

    Great presentation on this one, well done. As always i have a question, why coriander instead of something like chervil? Would that not compliment the tuna better? I feel like coriander could mask the delicate tuna flavour.

    • @ChefMajk
      @ChefMajk  3 роки тому +6

      Thank you 🙂 I would say depend of people, I know many people who love coriander and would be so happy with this one. Some people hate it so for them is better to put something else. And I think chervil would not look nice on this dish so that is why I used coriander, even keep the asia style. Taste is about personal preferences.

    What are you puting în the marinate next to soy souce?

  • @jamespadilla5703

    Instead of soy sauce would this work with a Ponzu/yuzu sauce
    Or would that citrus profile not work with this dish

    • @ChefMajk
      @ChefMajk  2 роки тому

      Depend on what restaurant and what city but I would say 20-50 dollars. In normal restaurant even less but michelin star restaurants are overpriced in general I think.
