This looks very great! We will try to make this recipe for our parents. They will definitely be impressed! However, we were wondering whether you (or anyone else ;)) has a recommendation for wine pairing?
Hi Majk, i made this dish as a appetizer for our family Christmas dinner. Everybody loves it. Thanks for the great and clear explanation!
You are welcome ;)
@@ChefMajk hi chef, could you please tell me how to make a Roll out of avocadopuree? With which Texturas would you do that? And with what proportion would you make it?
Thx already🧑🏼🍳👍
Amazing 😍
To ne honest im à chef and i really like what you do please keep it up and were with you amazing job chef
Looks yummy 😋. Will try to make it but I am going to make the pumpkin soup at first. Thanks Chef Majk 🙏🙏🙏
You are welcome ;)
Lovely recipe, thank you so much
You are welcome ;)
My workplace keeps on insisting on carpachio instead of tartar. Bloody hate doing carpachio. This is so much easier, and there's more flavor. More substance in a bite means more flavor. Hvala puno Šefe
Amazing
U r the best ,
I m following you
You are a creative chef
I have never seen a chef like you in my life
Thanks ;)

I will, thx ;)
Este tio es fenomenal
شكرا شاف طبق راقي ورائع
Nice recipe chef i like it very much
Thanks ;)
Lovely dish...I would use different coloured cherry tomatoes for a more colourful dish but it's still very impressive
Τέλειο. ΜΠΡΆΒΟ.
Great presentation on this one, well done. As always i have a question, why coriander instead of something like chervil? Would that not compliment the tuna better? I feel like coriander could mask the delicate tuna flavour.
Thank you 🙂 I would say depend of people, I know many people who love coriander and would be so happy with this one. Some people hate it so for them is better to put something else. And I think chervil would not look nice on this dish so that is why I used coriander, even keep the asia style. Taste is about personal preferences.
Super Asain touch chef
Thanks
Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe! It turned out great, although not that perfectly beautiful. It would be really nice to get some precise description in gr in some cases(it was a bit hard to see how you made the mayo).
Amazing video 😍
Thx :)
Thank you for the videos, the dishes are delicious, a question about the sesame seeds, should be toasted them before to cover the tuna with the seeds?
Yes you can toast them little bit
Agreed 100%, sesame tastes and looks much better once you wake it up with a bit of heat. Otherwise...perfect execution and a great recipe, many thanks!
I sincerely admire your culinary intelligence and philosophy.
Just want to say, love the work you do. I will definitely have to try this recipe out. I've always been curious about cooking with venison (never cooked with it before).
Thank you, will do as well in the future :)
It is tuna
What are you puting în the marinate next to soy souce?
Instead of soy sauce would this work with a Ponzu/yuzu sauce
Or would that citrus profile not work with this dish
Thanks so much for this chef! I tried executing this but my mayonnaise was very watery, any idea what I can do to avoid this?
Less oil
Love it! creative way of plating and really nice cooking! Keep it up mate :) May I ask where you are from? Greetings from Munich!
Hello, thanks mate. You are very close, I am from Czech republic ;)
❤️❤️

👍
Hello there, what did you mix with soy sauce to marinade the tuna, please. Can’t hear it clearly.
Mirin
Love your videos! Can u pls tell me what did u say at the end of the video ... when u finished plating your tuna? What flakes did u use? Thanks a lot for responding back !
Bonito flakes
@@ChefMajk thank you soooo much!
Raw tuna all the way!
👌✌
🙂
🥰❤
Cooked tuna.
That's a really nice dish, bit I can't imagine doing it during a busy service...okay for a function, but not a la carte...I appreciate mis en place...but the tuna would further cook using soy and mirren...
Yes makes sense, but I teach people how to cook at home, not how to make dishes for busy service ;)
@@ChefMajk point taken👍👍😁
Can you make this recipe with salmon instead of tuna?
Yes sure
Can I make it with salmon ?
I think yes :)
Like, comment, watch in that order! 🤗
Well done 😁😉
I can't properly hear what you mix for the tuna marinade, It is soja sauce with "merin"?
With mirin (rice wine)
Hi , the fish I think you can sear it for just 10 seconds .
Yes you can but I did not want it 😉
@@ChefMajk thanks very much .
How much can such a dish cost in a Michelin restaurant?
Depend on what restaurant and what city but I would say 20-50 dollars. In normal restaurant even less but michelin star restaurants are overpriced in general I think.
I prefer cook tuna
Raw
Yes ofc it is tartare 😁
What is the recipe?
Video is a recipe
That is NOT tartare, it's sashimi.
This looks like it lacks flavour..no onions or green onion nothing..just my opinion
Marinade, puree, seasoned tomato.
Ir doesn't need it, onion is cliche imo
I am here from a facebook page.
Great :)
