if you measured the jug of water before hand . and mesured it after you got the batter texture right. you could give exact measurements of water TIP..lol super vid though

Am still wearing my L Plates here... so a don't give myself food poisoning, how do a go about correctly letting them cool down before putting them in the fridge to eat a day or two later... to avoid bacteria etc etc... plus can a freeze them, how do a do that lol... you could make a video on that ya know lol... How to STORAGE lol
Thanks for the tip! So once you've fried them, allow them around 90mins to cool.. Place them in a single layer on a plate and once the 90min timer is up, you can safely place then in an air tight container and store in the fridge for 1-3 days. You can also freeze them after cooling which will prolong the shelf life for up to 1 month in the freezer.
