    Excellent discussion today. I certainly have many defining moments, some that meant the difference between life and death. I ask God everyday to keep me in His will.

    Opportunity meets preparedness has positive outcome, it has always amazed me how many people do not recognise opportunity when it comes their way or worse still think it will be waiting there forever. One of my daughters favourite sayings was “you snooze, you loose” for people who missed opportunities. Opportunity can be fleeting.

    On the Mike Tyson part I absolutely love him, in a interview someone said what was your toughest fight I think the wording was and he said when my daughter accidently fell wrong on a trampoline and died, the interviewer said how did you get over that and Mike said I didn't...he just goes on in life trying to.make her proud of him....I just love him and we all break for me my older sister died of cancer...it broke me...when we break we change if we survive it in some way better because we try to make them.proud of us...thinking they have the power to watch us from above....that changes us all....

    Both Chaz & Michael are "directionally correct" but for the record, The Beatles played at "The Cavern Club" (not "the cave"). But it's cool. Great show, guys. (I produce videos and have written books about The Beatles, btw)

    I don't think it's as simple as people not being able to do the right thing, but I think history has very much shown us that in order to do the "right thing" it more often than not involves having to do the "wrong thing".

    I wish all the parents made it a healthy household. Sometimes it is better to split because one parent is not making the household a healthy place to remain. But that does not mean you don't find good mentors for all.

    Great chat guys as usual, I think repetition is the main ingredient learning a new skill. I'm a Plumber and started a bit older in the trade but found I had to do a task about 20 times before I got it.
    I would like to request you both do a short review of a classic book called The Art of War by Lat zu.
    It's a complicated book for me to get my head around maybe you guys could break it down to the main important takes from it.
    Best wishes,John from Dublin, Ireland ☘️☘️☘️

    100% true...the root cause of most problems in our country is broken families. And to me, the root cause of that is the rejection of religious morality in society.

    • @tammykosiancic
      @tammykosiancic Рік тому

      I think the root cause is poverty, which is caused by greed. Religion is corrupt.

    I have nothing against strong family values, but sometimes it seems there's a tone of arrogance toward broken families.
    I believe your statistics are probably accurate, but kids coming from single parent homes, or those who are orphaned outright, can't really be held accountable for their situations.
    I know you're not trying to put anyone down, but some of us who watch your channel might feel a bit alienated and discouraged from the starting line when it's constantly put out there that people from strong families have a predisposed leg up in life.
