Good talk. Really enjoyed it. You know about the prosperity pastors look God gives all of us His imprint of the ability to know when something's not right for the most part. This is why we're guilty of sin and need a savior. We know right from wrong. This is why we look at those guys and we can see something's not right whether we're saved and understand more about the bible through the holy spirit or not.

Like you guys, I'm in my 70's and share certain "relatable" Italian-American histories and experiences to some small extent. As such, I thoroughly enjoy the wit and wisdom your repartee extols. Keep up the good work. It is said that "age" gives us a perspective on life and understanding that most young people simply don't have - through no fault of their own. The best advice ever given to me was from my father. When I was about 15 or 16, cocky, and thought I had the world by the balls, my father said to me, "You know, the older you get the smarter I'm gonna become". What?, I thought, that makes no sense. Then life happens and in any number of circumstances I learned or experienced something that my old man had already told me, and I indeed realized in every instance the older I became, the smarter he had become!

In regards to purchase a property with a family member, just a few times does work but must of the time is to bring you hell for free. Im in Mortgage and real estate service since 2002 and I saw everything. Now, money it self is not bad but when you worship or turn your life to be reach and the same time be penny pincher then we have a big problem. Totally agree Mr Palmenteri & Mr. Franzese. Thank you for sharing your thought and experience. receive many blessing for both and your lovely families.

Anyways great movie I've watched it many times over the years and I've also enjoy your other movies as well also this podcast your doing here with Micheal us beneficial love the wisdom I get. Just the other day I was talking to a coworker and he was asking me about parenting and we spoke about alot of things but I used the wisdom you shared thst I too practice is if you give your children everything you leave them with nothing and to tell you the truth that has happened with some of my family members both were in jail and never quite lived to the fullest of there potential because of there up bringing.

Don't ever rely on a guy for you to make a living. And all guys are jerks worked like a charm they're all self-sufficient they never asked for a dime.❤👍. I used to tell people I have three daughters and no boyfriends😂😂😂👍👍👍.

I willingly wanted to get married primarily due to sex and second for companionship. I also didn’t come from rock bottom. I’ve since left the church and I’m still faith based.

Attachment to money is the root of all evil. When I give, I give generously and freely, no strings attached, and I don’t look back. It’s not a loan, it’s a gift. Do good forget about it, do bad think about it. That applies to the lender and receiver. These kids with money, they are born on 3rd base, going thru life thinking they hit a triple. Their parents hit the home run and the kids won a genetic lotto. My grandma would say it’s called spoiling because you’re spoiling that child for their life. The worst thing my grandpa would call you is a rat or a bum. He said, I’ll help you kids, but I’m not making bums out of youse!

The "try it before you buy it" before marriage is an interesting debate. I think a lot of couples do spend the night over at each other's place, so they do know how they keep their house clean or dirty, their sleep schedule, how loud they are, their bathroom routine, their etiquette, and things like that. I think because of this, they don't have to live together before being married.

Have marriage counseling before you get married buy a marriage councillor because they see it all thay can tell you where you need to make changes and if you can make it. If living together is the key to a happy marriage then why aren't couples who live together still divorcing? I believe the divorce rate for those who live together first is higher than those who never lived together in the first. place. I believe the reason is because you have to ask the reason why people are living together. It is because they don't really trust each other and this is at the base of their relationship.
