💪Muscular Endurance + Conditioning Workout Routine with the Suples Ball, Path of Glory, and Q Rope Pulley💪
Routine:
1) Suples Ball Level Change Slams
Perform 2 slams on each target down the Path of Glory
This totals to 12 slams
2) Suples Q Rope Pulley Climb
Perform 1 full minute of climbing on the Q Rope Pulley
•15-20 sec rest between sets
•3-5 sets (3 sets are for general fitness and 5 sets are for performance)
