thank you for putting this tribute together. Marcel was one of the kindest musicians I've ever met. So down-to-earth off stage but a real monster on stage! I had the fortune to see him with Talisman on the farewell tour, front row. One of the best shows of my life! R.I.P Marcel and rock with Phil in heaven

he did, check out the 2 Human Clay albums that marcel and jeff did. it was just those two and a drummer. Marcel did all the guitar and sounds incredible

That's the main melody of Niccolò Paganini's 24th Caprice, composed sometime around 1817 or so but still a favourite among violin and guitar virtuosos alike -and apparently, bass too! ;))
Check out this quite a bit theatrical and flashy rendition by violinist David Garrett who performed as Paganini for the movie "The Devil's Violinist".
