Yes no contact works for both people because it allows you to heal and let them appreciate you. When they broke up with they threw you away as garbage or treat like a dog until the rat got the gun. The situation will flip eventually especially if you were a good person. Don't do anything let them come back to you in their own way.

My relationship was long distance and he wants someone closer. What sucks the most is that you and another person shared so many little moments that no one else had with you. It’s as if this certain language only existed between two people. Absolutely on point, I'm dealing with a breakup and bought the kit and watched the videos. Lee is on point. I went from a bad breakup where she was threatening to call the cops, to we have spent most of the last two weeks together including a vacation. It's been amazing.

Its been almost four months and still hurts but kinda better than the first few months. Coach Lee, just 3 months after backing out of my graduation party, my ex took me pumpkin picking and told me that she was moving away from her parents’ house. Now, she only lives 38 minutes away from my house and she invited me to her apartment and told me to find a way, which I did. It’s coming. It’s just a matter of time before it comes.

Honestly I'm not even doing No Contact and I'm not looking to win my ex back (dude dumped me a month before our wedding and left me stranded in a foreign country with no money and visa issues, he can get bent), but as much as my brain is happy he's gone, my heart still hurts and just watching these videos is a massive comfort. @@naiko6700 Ultimately no, but the door isn’t completely closed. She is studying abroad in London for the next year and neither of us really wanted to do long distance. But we are still close friends and there is the possibility of something happens when she returns to the states. I’m not “waiting” for her, but like I said the door isn’t completely shut so who knows. We started up talking again after like 3 months no contact. I think NC is a good method to use, just make sure you don’t overdo it or act cold when/if the other person does reach out.

Yeah, flirting with another woman, even a co-worker, or some woman on the street and posting photo on your social media. She will fear you replace her. It could be she chase someone who are not fix, so she go and see, and making sure your are their in case of a back up. Most woman got man backup plan in her mind. Insecure woman fear to be alone, to not have attention. She could be caring, lovely but after a while she will become hard to please her, it will become never enough. She will want you pass more and more time with her while you will forget your own life. You will settle down, with no hope , no drive anymore and you will become boring and she will dump you. Woman with lack of parent love when child, become toxics on a long round.
2 years of NC now. By now I do not give a sh..t never stalked, or knew if she displayed these signs because again, I never took a look she was doing. For me it was, if she really wanted to come back she would say it. No drama no tricks, as simply as that. Keep no contact guys and develop your dreams and goals. Has worked well for me. Now I can look back and learn about my mistakes
I think after 6 months it stops being NC and you've just moved on. I dont think anyone should be pining over their ex if they havent talked to you in a year.

Hey Coach, here's my situation : My ex dumped me on the 14th of December. She only reached out on Christmas day, and on New Year's Eve by sending me a picture of some soaps she had made and to wish me a happy new year. I wished her the same but did not carry the conversation as I did not really pick on the "indirect/direct approach". After that, she reached out this sunday and we saw each other that same afternoon. Things were great, we laughed and joked a lot, like nothing bad had ever happened to us and our relationship. We even poked fun at each other in trying to make the other a little jealous about possible people that we dated during our time apart. At the end of the meetup, I felt good and went for the kiss, but she turned her head and said that she was unsure of her feelings. I didn't try to convince her of anything, I just walked away with a smile and she said : "see you soon, maybe"...I'm in no contact right now and I haven't heard from her since. I guess I won't ever but at least I think I handled it pretty well. Go figure.I also learned that a rebound was involved. He had dumped her a few days before her reach out, I'm assuming that's why she did it. What do you think of it ? You got this. I think the hardest part for me is feeling guilty for apparently not being 'mature' enough to get over him while being his friend. @Mitsubishi Lancer Evo V he reached out around my block at the 2 month mark to tell me he was mad at me for the NC. He was still with his rebound. It was confusing. I waited a few days and emailed back saying I wasn't interested in back and forth and if he wanted to get together to talk to let me know. I never heard from him again and it's over six months now. I'm doing fine. Going on some dates. Still miss him at times.

He just walked away because his previous ex threatened to stop him seeing his daughter. It was sudden, I get that kids come first. We were messaging back and forth at first, then he blocked and ghosted, then I stopped contact for 2 weeks, then he came back asking for booty call, i declined, he ghosted again. I've now done no contact for 2 weeks and i feel better for it although I still think about him everyday. He's still got me blocked on everything.
I started no contact differently . Mutual break up but it’s mainly on her side. After a week of trying to be friends I told her I needed time to myself. In the two months of not talking to her I realized my issues, put a plan to fix the issues and now in a completely different mindset. I no longer care for the outcome, but I did reach back out so she knows I’m better now with or without her. taking things slow and no longer worried about the future, instead focusing in the present

Something I've experienced is my ex telling me "she's not trying to give me false hope", without my bringing anything up, when she comes around and tries to spend time with me.
I saw he searched an old song of ours, searched the meaning of a hat I was wearing, created a sad playlist about heartache and regret and have been posting more "provocative" pics and videos on his social media. Otherwise there's no contact between either of us. He did start talking to another girl he must have lined up but it's obviously a distraction. Honestly don't know if I even care anymore but the attachment is no joke.

It's hard but at this point even If you were the nicest person in the world he still for some reason cant see that, probably due to the fight. You need to separate yourself from him and let him see how great you were, watch coaches videos on NC and your ex during NC. Also watch his videos about coming from a position of strength, because right now you probably don't feel very strong. This has really helped me and I'm about a month into NC. The best thing you can do is go into NC, and let time do its magic. This will eventually give you a great peace whether or not you get him back. We don't always have the answers but we do have the science behind NC and trusting the facts. Coach Lee mentions dozens of times how this has saved many relationships. Trust the process. Also a friend request on Facebook doesn't mean they are completely ready yet. They still need time. It's the same thing as liking/commenting on posts.

after 5 months i met my ex and had a chat over coffee, we spoke about all the accusations and rumours that were made from third-party people. we hugged and i asked her if she would want to meet again, she said yes and we met again for coffee this morning. i told her how i feel and she took it well, she told me how she feels. although she says "were not getting back together yet" i can't help but think she is thinking about it otherwise she wouldn't have said "yet". heres to the next time i meet her

I firmly believe and I stand by this 100%, that no contact after being in a relationship should be illegal. That shit is torture at THE VERY LEAST! IT'S INHUMANE AND PUTRID! I would like to share my experience...and NC DOES WORK, coach Lee is right on what he is saying., After over a month and few days she called me, it really worked , boy was I shocked.. initially she couldn't bring herself to say she's s sorry, but sounded like she had many regrets... coach Lee refers to it is dumpers remorse -> "item is no longer on the shelve..". We are back together and things are working out well, we say (I love you to each other again) :) Tomorrow I'm sending her a red Rose for valentine's day.
My ex reached out to me after about 2 weeks. Short casual conversation. We have exchanged subtle casual texts back and forth. She lives right next door which makes things feel weird. After the breakup, I expressed a willingness to talk things over. It either works or it doesnt. I have practiced the NC. Only responding when she contacts me. I would like to work things out. But she is soooo stubborn. She will fight things like this out of spite regardless of what people tell her. I can tell she is struggling with the decision. We were in love afterall. Hate to say I am waiting but. I am using the time to better myself. But hope the opportunity comes where her and I can sit down and discuss it. She did initially block me on facebook, later unblocking me. She is allowing her kids to do activities with me again. So time will tell. She knows I am not interested in just friendship.
All of us hurting, we're just putting on a brave face and mostly faking it that we're feeling great and that's a good way to start. These videos give you hope but I'm not sure living in hope is the best thing to do. Moving on is the only thing to do which currently is what I'm struggling with because I truly loved them and they hurt me. My reaction to their disrespect led to the breakup. Logically I know they're flawed and i can do better than them but their presence still lingers in my thoughts day and night. I'm struggling, it's been almost 3 months of hard NC. I watched this out of curiosity... I've no intention of ever getting back with my ex. I've recently found out that she monkey branched to an older married man with more money, who she's known for years and had been lurking around her instagram. However, she has displayed some of this behaviour... Unfortunately I broke no contact, but only because she wasn't reaching out about her own stuff. It was just getting on my nerves.. In that way maybe I 'lost,' but I made sure I was the bigger person by paying her back some money that she wasn't even bothered about. Did NOT want to owe her anything. She looked upset when I handed the stuff over eventually, but I already knew about this older guy at the time so I just felt numb towards her. Good riddance.
It’s been 3 weeks no contact…not a whistle…but I’m really starting to realise the relevancy of working on myself…before we broke up I started getting back in shape and now 10kg less. Ive noticed that my ex would talk to exactly thee person that i am talking to immediately after seeing me and them talking or even while me and tge other oerson are talking . I just stand there and is genuinely perplexed. "since when does he talk to that person?" I ask myself. He's social, so it's not too surprising that he'll talk to just about anybody even if it's at random, but he seems to be particularly interested in the people that im talking to. It's annoying 'cause I have to pretend he's not there just demanding their attention. I came here to find out if he's acting like that as a way to be over me or if it's him just being rude. I don't know . it's been a little over a month since ive implemented the no contact rule with him. Im doing it for him to forget about me and move on; not to get back with him.
Everyday is hard it is getting easier but it’s still messing me up. Such a sad situation. She reaches out already but there’s no I love you or anything like that. I try to keep talking to a min and only talk about the kids and make it a point to tell her the things I’m fixing that was an issue without blatantly pointing them out. It hurts.. It takes apart of you away. But trust me you always end up finding yourself again. Just don't allow the pain to change u as a person. Never go into a rebound relationship. Wishing I saw these vids sooner since I didn’t let us break up. We broke up January and kept talking until he just did a 180 and asked for us to not talk. After this I kept my same schedule and so did he, gym everyday at the same time and he would look at me multiple times and look for me but then act like he didn’t see me when he’d walk by. He looks miserable and so do I. I had to reach out for some important info he had on Sunday and he was instantly replying, flirting, and making conversation. He even saved a photo of us in the chat?? I ended the conversation and am now implementing the NC. Fingers crossed because we actually are very very good for each other just needed some self growth before moving forward.

I pushed the conversation with normal talking, he got slower and slower to answer until he ghosted me. he's posting quotes about moving on and finding himself (which was the reason why he broke up: to find himself). Yes no contact works for both people because it allows you to heal and let them appreciate you. When they broke up with they threw you away as garbage or treat like a dog until the rat got the gun. The situation will flip eventually especially if you were a good person. Don't do anything let them come back to you in their own way.

What sucks the most is that you and another person shared so many little moments that no one else had with you. It’s as if this certain language only existed between two people. I've proceeded with the no contact rule, my situation was a little bit different from your cases, so I successfully "translated" some signs that my Ex was sending me and I actioned in a good way... Now we came back together, and we love each other more than ever! Your videos helped me along my depression, helped me to stay strong, and not pleed, beg or stress her with meaningless words.

Honestly I'm not even doing No Contact and I'm not looking to win my ex back (dude dumped me a month before our wedding and left me stranded in a foreign country with no money and visa issues, he can get bent), but as much as my brain is happy he's gone, my heart still hurts and just watching these videos is a massive comfort. @@naiko6700 Ultimately no, but the door isn’t completely closed. She is studying abroad in London for the next year and neither of us really wanted to do long distance. But we are still close friends and there is the possibility of something happens when she returns to the states. I’m not “waiting” for her, but like I said the door isn’t completely shut so who knows. We started up talking again after like 3 months no contact. I think NC is a good method to use, just make sure you don’t overdo it or act cold when/if the other person does reach out.

Hey Coach, here's my situation : My ex dumped me on the 14th of December. She only reached out on Christmas day, and on New Year's Eve by sending me a picture of some soaps she had made and to wish me a happy new year. I wished her the same but did not carry the conversation as I did not really pick on the "indirect/direct approach". After that, she reached out this sunday and we saw each other that same afternoon. Things were great, we laughed and joked a lot, like nothing bad had ever happened to us and our relationship. We even poked fun at each other in trying to make the other a little jealous about possible people that we dated during our time apart. At the end of the meetup, I felt good and went for the kiss, but she turned her head and said that she was unsure of her feelings. I didn't try to convince her of anything, I just walked away with a smile and she said : "see you soon, maybe"...I'm in no contact right now and I haven't heard from her since. I guess I won't ever but at least I think I handled it pretty well. Go figure.I also learned that a rebound was involved. He had dumped her a few days before her reach out, I'm assuming that's why she did it. What do you think of it ? Will I hear from her or is she just playing games with me by putting me in backup plan mode ? Maybe I gave out a needy vibe and spooked her away...Thanks a lot.

You went to far with the kiss, If she enjoy the moment she will compare it with the other guy. Just dont over do it. She felt lonely, back up plan definetily. you know what to do, dont make her believe you'll be always there waiting for them.

I think the hardest part for me is feeling guilty for apparently not being 'mature' enough to get over him while being his friend. Like, once again I'm the bad guy, because I don't want to or can't be friends with him. This is in my mind, mind you. Just how I feel. I wanted to be friends but I felt he lead me on for months.
@Mitsubishi Lancer Evo V he reached out around my block at the 2 month mark to tell me he was mad at me for the NC. He was still with his rebound. It was confusing. I waited a few days and emailed back saying I wasn't interested in back and forth and if he wanted to get together to talk to let me know. I never heard from him again and it's over six months now. I'm doing fine. Going on some dates. Still miss him at times.

I was in hospital for the passed week, he visited me everyday and just today as he was leaving he ended up kissing me :)) hes taking me out for valentines!!

Two months is a rebound

It’s all a game , to see if u reach out first , let them reach out to you , that way u will have control of the situation but if break and keep texting and calling etc , In their mind they got you , take that power away nine times out of time it’s pride that prolong the situation

He just walked away because his previous ex threatened to stop him seeing his daughter. It was sudden, I get that kids come first. We were messaging back and forth at first, then he blocked and ghosted, then I stopped contact for 2 weeks, then he came back asking for booty call, i declined, he ghosted again. I've now done no contact for 2 weeks and i feel better for it although I still think about him everyday. He's still got me blocked on everything.
I started no contact differently . Mutual break up but it’s mainly on her side. After a week of trying to be friends I told her I needed time to myself. In the two months of not talking to her I realized my issues, put a plan to fix the issues and now in a completely different mindset. I no longer care for the outcome, but I did reach back out so she knows I’m better now with or without her. taking things slow and no longer worried about the future, instead focusing in the present

I saw he searched an old song of ours, searched the meaning of a hat I was wearing, created a sad playlist about heartache and regret and have been posting more "provocative" pics and videos on his social media. Otherwise there's no contact between either of us. He did start talking to another girl he must have lined up but it's obviously a distraction. Honestly don't know if I even care anymore but the attachment is no joke.

@@ieishawashington2661 I would go into NC and see what happens. It's hard but at this point even If you were the nicest person in the world he still for some reason cant see that, probably due to the fight. You need to separate yourself from him and let him see how great you were, watch coaches videos on NC and your ex during NC. Also watch his videos about coming from a position of strength, because right now you probably don't feel very strong. This has really helped me and I'm about a month into NC. The best thing you can do is go into NC, and let time do its magic. This will eventually give you a great peace whether or not you get him back. We don't always have the answers but we do have the science behind NC and trusting the facts. Coach Lee mentions dozens of times how this has saved many relationships. Trust the process.
Also a friend request on Facebook doesn't mean they are completely ready yet. They still need time. It's the same thing as liking/commenting on posts.

after 5 months i met my ex and had a chat over coffee, we spoke about all the accusations and rumours that were made from third-party people. we hugged and i asked her if she would want to meet again, she said yes and we met again for coffee this morning. i told her how i feel and she took it well, she told me how she feels. although she says "were not getting back together yet" i can't help but think she is thinking about it otherwise she wouldn't have said "yet". heres to the next time i meet her

I would like to share my experience...and NC DOES WORK, coach Lee is right on what he is saying., After over a month and few days she called me, it really worked , boy was I shocked.. initially she couldn't bring herself to say she's s sorry, but sounded like she had many regrets... coach Lee refers to it is dumpers remorse -> "item is no longer on the shelve..".
We are back together and things are working out well, we say (I love you to each other again) :) Tomorrow I'm sending her a red Rose for valentine's day.

My ex reached out to me after about 2 weeks. Short casual conversation. We have exchanged subtle casual texts back and forth. She lives right next door which makes things feel weird. After the breakup, I expressed a willingness to talk things over. It either works or it doesnt. I have practiced the NC. Only responding when she contacts me. I would like to work things out. But she is soooo stubborn. She will fight things like this out of spite regardless of what people tell her. I can tell she is struggling with the decision. We were in love afterall. Hate to say I am waiting but. I am using the time to better myself. But hope the opportunity comes where her and I can sit down and discuss it. She did initially block me on facebook, later unblocking me. She is allowing her kids to do activities with me again. So time will tell. She knows I am not interested in just friendship.
All of us hurting, we're just putting on a brave face and mostly faking it that we're feeling great and that's a good way to start. These videos give you hope but I'm not sure living in hope is the best thing to do. Moving on is the only thing to do which currently is what I'm struggling with because I truly loved them and they hurt me. My reaction to their disrespect led to the breakup. Logically I know they're flawed and i can do better than them but their presence still lingers in my thoughts day and night. I'm struggling, it's been almost 3 months of hard NC. Hope to get through this soon.

I watched this out of curiosity... I've no intention of ever getting back with my ex. I've recently found out that she monkey branched to an older married man with more money, who she's known for years and had been lurking around her instagram.
However, she has displayed some of this behaviour... Unfortunately I broke no contact, but only because she wasn't reaching out about her own stuff. It was just getting on my nerves.. In that way maybe I 'lost,' but I made sure I was the bigger person by paying her back some money that she wasn't even bothered about. Did NOT want to owe her anything.
She looked upset when I handed the stuff over eventually, but I already knew about this older guy at the time so I just felt numb towards her.

It’s been 3 weeks no contact…not a whistle…but I’m really starting to realise the relevancy of working on myself…before we broke up I started getting back in shape and now 10kg less.
Doing therapy, doing life coaching. Lost a job which was also a factor of breaking up (I think) so full on commitment to become a new person and build a better me, better career…and honestly if she doesn’t come back, yes it sucks we were together for 5 years and really good times…

My ex and I work together. Ive noticed that my ex would talk to exactly thee person that i am talking to immediately after seeing me and them talking or even while me and tge other oerson are talking . I just stand there and is genuinely perplexed. "since when does he talk to that person?" I ask myself. He's social, so it's not too surprising that he'll talk to just about anybody even if it's at random, but he seems to be particularly interested in the people that im talking to. It's annoying 'cause I have to pretend he's not there just demanding their attention.
I came here to find out if he's acting like that as a way to be over me or if it's him just being rude. I don't know .

Heartbreaking to see the amounts of posts from people all over the world with breaking hearts 😭 I'm guilty of watching these clips to. I'm 40 and gone through a lot of heartbreak in my life. It hurts.. It takes apart of you away. But trust me you always end up finding yourself again. Just don't allow the pain to change u as a person. Never go into a rebound relationship. Short term affection isn't want your heart really wants. We must all learn to accept its over no matter what we do or seek advice.. Life isn't meant to be easy. ( I wish it was) just never be available to someone that disrespects u. Actions always speak louder then words. Invest in yourself.. Stand back a little and take time. No rush... Wishing I saw these vids sooner since I didn’t let us break up. We broke up January and kept talking until he just did a 180 and asked for us to not talk. After this I kept my same schedule and so did he, gym everyday at the same time and he would look at me multiple times and look for me but then act like he didn’t see me when he’d walk by. He looks miserable and so do I. I had to reach out for some important info he had on Sunday and he was instantly replying, flirting, and making conversation. He even saved a photo of us in the chat?? I ended the conversation and am now implementing the NC. Fingers crossed because we actually are very very good for each other just needed some self growth before moving forward.

he reached out twice for no reason, just to say hi, I later texted him for no reason too, just to say hi. I pushed the conversation with normal talking, he got slower and slower to answer until he ghosted me. he's posting quotes about moving on and finding himself (which was the reason why he broke up: to find himself). So now he's ready for someone else, though he said there wasn't another woman...
