I use to use the app, but i fond the remote to be easier and more reliable when i have employees that are learning. Also its nice to have another back up in case 1 of those options isnt working.

It appears to me that you need 2 phones? One for the 360 arm and one for you to use to access the app?
Do you use the chack tock app or the remote to run the 360?
