Trying to do a test event before I decide if I want to purchase the software. The videos haven't been sent via sms like they're supposed to. Do the videos not get sent via QR code if you're not a paying customer?
You can get access to your support team with email "support@chacktok.com" about the SMS issue.
It will be sent if you're not a VIP member with QR code, but it will have chacktok watermarks if you're not a VIP member.

Cannot add music from phone. Right now not support with playing music when taking video.
Is it normal that slow motion video has fps drops? I mean my galaxy s23 in software app makes greate slow mo video but in chacktock is looks terrible.
Dear user, we've discussed with R&D team of Samsung company. Samsung Galaxy series are limited with only 30FPS video with it's camera API.
It's not very well compatible with the video mode which has slow motion part, as the slow motion part of the video could only get with 10~15FPS, so it's not smoothly enough.
Suggested with a GoPro camera connected to your Samsung phone, ChackTok supported with GoPro 9 10 11 12 version.
Hope this suggestion will find your a better experience on ChackTok.
