Do you have a rum preference in a Pina Colada? Or maybe you prefer it without the alcohol entirely? If you liked this video, you might like this Strawberry Daquiri Recipe as well! ua-cam.com/video/OQmzZj0-jNU/v-deo.html
Hi! I just got my Ninja Slushi and one of my favorite frozen drinks is the Rock Lobster (typically made in a blend). One of the ingredients is half of a banana. I know not to put solids in the Slushi, but do you think it would work if I really mashed it up and mixed it with the other liquid item (rum, drink mix etc.) prior to pouring into the machine? I would make sure there were no lumps. What are your thoughts/suggestions. Maybe substitute with a banana syrup (if that’s even a thing).
@@JoesPhenomenal Welp, actually the white car on Vice was a Ferrari Testerosa. Magnum drove a red Ferrari 308. And as I mentioned, Vice's signature ride was a Ferrari Daytona. The Countach's gull-wing doors would have made filming a nightmare in that cramped cabin. The Testerosa was an open targa-top.
My Ninja Foodi OL701 is starting to give me trouble with the sensor at the bottom telling pot error when the pot is in and I'm stirring something. Since they are no longer making them what other electric 8 qt pressure cooker would you recommend if mine totally fails? And do you know of a fix for this?
Unfortunately, that problem sounds like it's internal. I saw someone else complaining about that, and they replaced the probe, but it still did it. I am currently messing with a Chef IQ cooker now... the review should be out in a couple of weeks, but so far, it's pretty awesome.
Dual purpose... to thin it out in order to get the consisitency the same as a drink blended with ice, and also, because the Ninja Slushi needs the water content in order to slush. It needs the water to form the ice crystals. Otherwise, it just gets really cold.
Very goog but a illtle bit to seet. Very good but a little too sweet. I don't know how to make it less sweet. Less mixture more water perhaps? Is it possbile to collect your mixture inside the machine if not all drunk? I placed the rest of the machine in a container in the fridge. To be continued.
@@SimonDesbiens if it's a little too sweet for you, you can add a little more water to the mix. Remember that those pre-made mixes usually assume that they will be blended with ice. Since we don't need to do that, you can make that up with water... Maybe instead of the pineapple just that I added in there.. Or just a little less with some water in there to thin it a little.
@@SimonDesbiens That works too, but I usually put a little fresh pineapple in there as well, and with this machine, you don't want anything chunky in there, so I just added some to get the same flavor. It doesn't really need it though.
@@SimonDesbiens you can if you want to. You figure that that mix is usually put into a blender and blended with a bunch of ice in the bars. It's probably good to do that to thin it a little.

Yeah... I think you're fine if you pre mix it... maybe blend it a little with the rest of the ingredients?
@@JoesPhenomenal Tysm!
Hey Joe, you could combine this with your Strawberry Daiquiri and make a Miami Vice! Those are super good.
Yeesss! Do I get to drive Countach around?
@@JoesPhenomenal Did they have a Countach? I remember a Ferarri Daytona, but that was a looooooooooooong time ago!! 😀
@stevem.9022 they were the white lambo, and magnum pi had the Ferrari. Makes ya wanna be a cop eh? Haha

@stevem.9022 hmm... Where the heck did I get the Lambo from? Maybe wishful thinking... Haha

Why add water just curious?

I can't find the ingredient list
It's in the video description right below the viewing window. Might have to hit the "see more" button
Or or margaritas !!!
Yes!
Non alch version plz
Easy enough with that mix... Just a little extra pineapple juice instead of the alcohol.... Or you cna just put more mix in.
