Hello sir my self kamal im from india I have one doubt regarding to regulator set up on an .177cal air rifle. I have unregulated .177cal pcp I'm planing to install regulator contains 30cc power planum with 130bar presser. suppose i install the same setup how many ftlbs getting on a jsb 10.34 grain pellet sir?
Why would you want to degass the entire cylinder to turn the regulator down when you can very easily unscrew the cylinder and take it off the gun then degass just what’s in the plenum. That would preserve the air in the cylinder, especially for those guys using hand pumps.
The Oring that works on the fitting is fragile and very easily ruin. You can turn it down with air if done 1/8turn at a time and taking a shot before turning again. I have done it several times while adjusting mine and have not hurt it at all.
