Good morning. I was up on the grill this morning at 6:27 am. Country Ribs, Burgers, Sausages, Hot Dogs and Shrimp in Butter/Garlic Sauce. What a way to start your day.
Keep them dishes coming, because this single Father has to feed his two kids.
They want foods other than Chicken Nuggets, Fries or a Happy Meal.

Hi Guys, Well I did it, I got me some, and it was TOO Delicious!!! I am a novice cook, so using Gina's recipes are Great! I have made two dishes so far, and I have plans to make a lot more. My family is finally happy with my dinners, and we have a good time!
One Tip I will tell another beginner cook using these recipes, go at your own pace, and substitute whatever you can't afford, I did, and this dish is great! Gina will see me again, for sure. ❤

Thank you for posting this recipe! I actually made this but I missed what temperature we need to have for frying the coated chicken. Mine was med-high but this is too high because my chicken browned too fast & the chicken was not finished cooking on the inside. I improvised and baked them @ 375 degrees since the oven was already set (covered with foil) for 30 min.and this did the trick. I followed the rest of the recipe for the marinara & cheese topping & it was very good! Thank you again! You're a great cook!

I love making chicken parm. Just like you, I pound out the breasts. we use either homemade sauce or a good jar sauce and fresh grated parmesan romano along with mozzerella. Sometimes will toss in mushrooms when the pan goes into the hot oven to finish cooking. a few torn basil leaves after its out .... mmm mm !
