I must agree with the other viewer, the visual sight makes you hungry. I didn’t know it was so many details to making chicken parmigiana, but it is worth the effort. I’d really like to see how you cook beef liver , you may have had a show on it if so i missed it.
My chicken tastes so much better following Deddys cleaning process. I use. Red wine vinegar. Excellent tip
Yes he has done a liver one. You can just ask for Deddy kitchen Liver and it will pop up

I like Deddy's measurements. He's a seasoned cook...he just eyeballs it! The parmesan in the bottle melts better when added to things compared to the fine parmesan which sticks to the bottom of every pot!
