- 1995-2006 Nissan Maxima belt tensioner adjustment is very important because if you let this problem go you will wear out your belt. If your belt doesn't have the right amount of tension. Your 1995-2006 Nissan Maxima battery might run down

I've been trying to re-install a new belt and it unscrews popping my pully off how many washers do I need?
@Alex Ortega
I only used 2 washers. Is your pulley to close to the frame you think? Thanks for your comment and support Alex Ortega I really appreciate it. Let me know if that helps you out ok.
@@ContagusCars thank you so so much I was only using one and I think that's why when i would turn on the car it would unscrew thank you so much
@Alex Ortega
You're so welcome, glad I could help brother 💪
Would this work if you needed to change the pulley
@Jakey June
If I understand correctly. If you are trying to take the belt off yes do this process in reverse. If not try to explain what you are doing and hopefully I can help a little better. Thanks for your comment and support. If you haven't already please subscribe, share and like this video. Thanks in advance Jakey June
How freely is the tensioner pulley suppose to be
@Kevin Lee
Hey what's going on, I would say just snug it down. I would not let it move more than a half an inch. That is a great question you might have to do this more than one time sorry. Hope I was helpful Kevin. Thanks for your comment and support I really appreciate it. If you haven't already please subscribe, share and like this video. Thanks in advance Kevin Lee

You forgot to tell everyone that they need the wheel off, then the fenderwell needs out. This car is already in pieces
@Matt Modena
Hey Matt I actually didn't take the wheel or the fender well off. I'm sure it might have been better that way but more time consuming. This was the best way that I knew how. Oh and by the way this car is fully assembled I drive it every day. Sorry this video didn't help you
