- Hello lovely people, Hannah here to give you the lowdown on using Insta360 ONE X2 for capturing awesome winter sports footage. Now it really doesn’t matter how good you are (see me as an example 😉) or whether you’re into skiing or snowboarding, there are so many ways you can use ONE X2 to get unbelievable shots. Check out the video for some step-by-step instruction on filming in 360, using the invisible selfie stick (including an easy hack for third person shots), follow shots AND plenty of cool editing tips. Do you use lens guards? Wanna use the camera for inline skating. Heard many people say the lenses get scratched so quick and thus get sticky lense guards or the premium lense guard for protection. The quality will then be impaired a lot. Is there a way to guarantee flawless quality while having the protection needed in case the camera will drop after tripping?

Hi! Great tips! I’m wondering with the chest mount, is it possible to just have the person I want to film in the video and not myself? Like my arms, skis etc? Or is. There a better mount option for filming someone else? I really liked the deep track option but I don’t want to be holding a selfie stick and following my son the entire run down. I want to be able to just ski normally behind him. If that make sense? Thank you!

And then use the auto tracking feature in the app to keep what you want in frame.
Is insta working on a gen2 for the one r? Or are they just working on more mods?
