Didnt expect people considered Chae Won is the second in vocal cuz I thought I was the only one to think about that. In terms of stability of voice, she nailed it more than anyone else, except yuri maybe. lmao
Yujin at 7 is a crime. She’s easily the most underrated vocalist in this group, Chaewon being the second. Yujins one of the most stable for sure, I wouldn’t put her anywhere lower than 4 tbh.
My favorite voice is Chaewon because her vocal tone is so beautiful but in terms of skill I'd rank: 1 Yuri 2 Chaewon 3 Yena 4/5 Chaeyeon = Eunbi (we don't have a lot of lives to go on for these 2 so I'm not sure) 6 Yujin 7 Nako 8 Minju 9 Wonyoung 10 Hitomi 11 Sakura 12 Hyewon but I think these young girls are still growing as vocalists so they'll all just get better

Yuri’s vocals are very powerful and stable. She knows when to use that powerful side and when to use the soft side. She can do high notes to low notes. Her voice is something that makes my day every time I hear it. Yuri isn’t the main vocalist for nothing. Love you Yuri
@superioryena We're know both are woollims, Eunbi is stable too but because her dance is often very powerful and it makes her voice sound like a crack and less clear in some performance. She's one the most stable one in izone. But, beside that, Chaewon is more able to control her breath when she dancing and singing at once so that her voice sounds stable until the end. For me.
Chaeyeon is more stable is just that is got the very less line that why no one can tell if she very stable thus i want more line for she even tho she has less line she if make it sound so perfect

양효석 No, I watch pd 48, her range is nice but Chaewon, Eunbi are more powerful singers than her. Chaewon sings with so many emotion that the audience be like wow after her first line in ITNW. Chaeyeon is the same as Yena or better. Yujin is also more stable, I would put her and Yena the same but Yujin is more consistent so. Yena is a good vocalist but that’s my opinion
yujin should be higher i think she is just 15 years old and has a lot of potential she reached we together high note easily producers has praised her so much

People underestimate Yujin so much but I can't name a single song where she didn't sound absolutely fantastic! Her parts in IZ*ONE's debut album are my favorite by far
I agree about higher than Chaeyeon, but not Eunbi. At least not yet. The managers of this group also think that way as they always stack Eunbi and Yuri towards the end of the song for those powerful notes or climactic lyrics in order to maximize the overall effect of the song.
Stuart Ramsey woollim picked chaewon their main vocal and yuri even picked chaewon the most beautiful voice when others picked yuri, eunbi gets those lines because her voice suits those songs.
1. Yuri (best: Casualty of Love audition piece... a lot of people argue that Yuri relies on high notes to be the main vocal, which is absurd. Her vocal quality and tone is beautiful if you listen to her rendition of Casualty of Love.) 2. Chaewon (best: Beautiful Color vocals and ITNW vocals, she’s way better than everyone assumes her to be. She has clear vocals and is really stable. Her high register during Secret Time showed her capability as a vocalist.) 3. Chaeyeon (best: 1000% and Dear My Friends stage, Chaeyeon’s voice is kind of nasally, but you can tell that she was trained because of her nice vocal range and stability. Her voice has more emotion than Eunbi’s IN MY OPINION.) 4. Eunbi (best: Dear My Friends stage and Rumor stage, her high notes are clear and her singing capability is really close to Chaeyeons, if not equal, I just don’t like how she sings in general, especially how she does her high notes, which is why I ranked her after Chaeyeon) 5. Yena (best: Secret Time stage, introduction clip, and Very Very Very vocals) 6. Yujin (best: King of Masked Singer battle stage... Yujin’s voice is very beautiful, disregarding her age. She has a good vocal range as well and she is pretty stable.) 7. Nako (Love Whisper stage, high notes aren’t everything. Nako’s voice is amazing but it sounds like she’s always using a powerful falsetto which makes her vocals weak compared to Yujin) 8. Wonyoung (best: O’ My vocals, Wonyoung has a squeaky voice that ruined the harmony of her Starship audition with Gahyun and Yujin, but in other cases, she has a very cute voice that goes with the theme of their songs like O’ My and Beautiful Color.) 9. Hitomi (best: Rollin’ Rollin’ vocals and reevaluation clip during PD48, she tends to falter at her high notes and has a weak vocal range, but her voice is crisp and cute, like Wonyoung’s.) 10. Minju (1000% vocals, Dear My Friends stage, Secret Time stage, and LVER stage... Minju has a nice vocal tone but weak confidence and a small range.) 11. Hyewon (audition clip, LVER vocals, 1000% stage... Hyewon actually makes an attempt to sing during live performances of LVER and she performs IU’s song with little confidence, but you can hear that she has nice tone and cute vocals. She’s working as IZONE’s rapper or one-liner rn but I hope she can show improvement with her singing, as well.) 12. Sakura (1000% stage, You’re in Love, Right? stage... Sakura is not that good at singing. She doesn’t really attempt to sing during live performances and she has a nasally vocal tone, along with her voice going all over the place when she has to use her high register. She has that old-fashioned Japanese AKB48 voice, but she is improving as she works with IZONE.)
My ranking: This is not based on their vocal range or ability, but more of the technique they're using :) 1. Yuri 2. Chaewon 3. Yena 4. Yujin 5. Eunbi 6. Chaeyeon 7. Nako 8. Wonyoung 9. Hitomi 10. Minju 11. Sakura 12. Hyewon _Side note:_ Yena and Yujin are actually the same rank for me, they both are stable, have agile vocals, nice tones, and relaxed singing. So one can easily have a better technique than the other. Hitomi is very nasal-sounding when singing, but she is nonetheless very stable as well. Wonyoung has a good technique, her tone is great and she doesn't strain. She knows her limits and change into her mix voice whenever she needs to. However during live performances, she is inconsistent of her stableness in her vocal execution. So, Hitomi and Wonyoung can be changed a lot in the rank. I think yujin more than yena but it's my identical ranking and Wonyoung over hitomi(but hitomi is more stable and constistnr)but Wonyoung tone and technique is better

Yena and Yujin are basically changeable, Yujin is very relaxed when singing, and although Yena strains sometimes, she sings with vibrato sometimes which makes her vocals appear a lot prettier, her tone is really agile too. Wonyoung and Hitomi are easily changeable too. i put Hitomi above Wonyoung because she is more stable, however Wonyoung has great technique when she sings - she sings in her range and knows her limits, as you said also, she has a good tone.
I think Yujin and Chaewon should go higher. Chaewon has a lot of stability in her voice, and control over how she wants to sound as an emotion. And Yujin I think it's better than Nako, bc even though she's a lot younger, she has a unique tone in her, like I like to hear her
Chaewon deserves #2, she’s very stable, she can hit those high notes, her voice timbre/color is very nice. I think she’s definitely one of izone’s tops
My Ranking : 1. Yuri = While Yujin can rival her in low tones, No one can beat Yuri in middle and espicially on high notes. Not to mention her improvisation which is in the right time and the right place. Many times when the other 11 sings, Yuri is also singing with a different lyrics also higher in notes. This is beyond normal. I mean it is 1 VS 11. OMG. Euh, Perfect for main vocal. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2- 7 Yena, Yujin, Chaeyeon, Chaewon, Nako, Eunbi ==> can't be sorted because they have their own strength and weakness. Chaeyon & Nako = I think they are Karaoke Maniac. They are songs and dance otaku. Both can produce high tone also powerful. I dare to say Chaeyeon is better than Nako. In this term, they are better than the other three but in term of low note (as well as range) also technique wise the other four are better in comparison. Yujin = the best on low notes and stable on high tones. but under normal condition Yena is better. Yena = about the same with Yujin but she sometimes improvises a little. Her color and personality is very strong to the point it is shown on stages. Chaewon = she is definetly not in charge of low notes. contrary to that, she sometimes shouts and sings a difficult part like Yuri, (the most difficult is still handled by Yuri though). However, the way she sings is too soft and elegant, her improvisation also makes her graceful. Because of these, Eunbi is a great rival for her. Eunbi = Not so powerful like Chaeyeon&Nako but much greater in technique. Her improvisation is more mature than Yena so she can take over more part than Yena (while Yena got the interesting parts istead). Able to beat Yujin on high notes (while Yujin got some of the low notes instead). While Chaewon sing the graceful tones, Eunbi sings the impacting tones. With these, she is almost like the playmaker on the stage. In unit songs without Yuri, she usually in charge of the unit main vocal. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8 & 9 Wonyoung & Hitomi = has the same ranking for me. Normally Wonyoung is slightly better, but when the dance is too energitic Hitomi who took dance class prior and also experienced as 48G member occasionally beat Wonyoung. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 10. Minju = I bet being able to play some instruments helped her in singing ablity. 11. Sakura = Normal vocalist. 12. Hyewon = at least better than average common people. she is an idol and have been trained after all.
my personal opinion 1. yuri (good range and technique, i love her husky voice) 2. eunbi, chaewon, chaeyeon, yena (all have pretty nice voices, eunbi has the best range and clear notes, chaewon and yena have good technique and chaeyeon has a rlly pretty voice) 3. yujin (pretty good, sometimes unstable but will def improve 4. nako (has a good upper range and a cute voice) 5. wonyoung (has a decent voice which is rlly cute, has a lot of time to improve too) 6. minjoo (has a nice soothing tone but she dosent have the best technique) 7. hitomi and sakura (hitomi has a cute voice but is too nasal and sakura has a nice calming voice and a pretty tone but isn't stable and doesn't have good technique) 8. hyewon (she can rap pretty decently, and her tone isn't bad but she doesn't have good technique nor is stable, maybe bc of short training period)

Maybe you didnt watch yet one of the performance of izone, on that performance yujin got high note and in the audition the judges impress to yujin because of her charm and beautiful voice/live singing

양효석 No, I watch pd 48, her range is nice but Chaewon, Eunbi are more powerful singers than her. Chaewon sings with so many emotion that the audience be like wow after her first line in ITNW. Chaeyeon is the same as Yena or better. Yujin is also more stable, I would put her and Yena the same but Yujin is more consistent so. Yena is a good vocalist but that’s my opinion

I agree about higher than Chaeyeon, but not Eunbi. At least not yet. The managers of this group also think that way as they always stack Eunbi and Yuri towards the end of the song for those powerful notes or climactic lyrics in order to maximize the overall effect of the song.

2. Chaewon (best: Beautiful Color vocals and ITNW vocals, she’s way better than everyone assumes her to be. She has clear vocals and is really stable. Her high register during Secret Time showed her capability as a vocalist.)
3. Chaeyeon (best: 1000% and Dear My Friends stage, Chaeyeon’s voice is kind of nasally, but you can tell that she was trained because of her nice vocal range and stability. Her voice has more emotion than Eunbi’s IN MY OPINION.)
4. Eunbi (best: Dear My Friends stage and Rumor stage, her high notes are clear and her singing capability is really close to Chaeyeons, if not equal, I just don’t like how she sings in general, especially how she does her high notes, which is why I ranked her after Chaeyeon)

9. Hitomi (best: Rollin’ Rollin’ vocals and reevaluation clip during PD48, she tends to falter at her high notes and has a weak vocal range, but her voice is crisp and cute, like Wonyoung’s.)
10. Minju (1000% vocals, Dear My Friends stage, Secret Time stage, and LVER stage... Minju has a nice vocal tone but weak confidence and a small range.)
11. Hyewon (audition clip, LVER vocals, 1000% stage... Yena and Yujin are actually the same rank for me, they both are stable, have agile vocals, nice tones, and relaxed singing. So one can easily have a better technique than the other.
Hitomi is very nasal-sounding when singing, but she is nonetheless very stable as well. Wonyoung has a good technique, her tone is great and she doesn't strain. She knows her limits and change into her mix voice whenever she needs to. However during live performances, she is inconsistent of her stableness in her vocal execution. So, Hitomi and Wonyoung can be changed a lot in the rank.
Eunbi and Chaeyeon are also on the same rank for me, (i can't choose between them!)

I think yujin more than yena but it's my identical ranking and Wonyoung over hitomi(but hitomi is more stable and constistnr)but Wonyoung tone and technique is better
@@-PassionFruit- yeah exactly my opinion actually. Yena and Yujin are basically changeable, Yujin is very relaxed when singing, and although Yena strains sometimes, she sings with vibrato sometimes which makes her vocals appear a lot prettier, her tone is really agile too.
Wonyoung and Hitomi are easily changeable too. i put Hitomi above Wonyoung because she is more stable, however Wonyoung has great technique when she sings - she sings in her range and knows her limits, as you said also, she has a good tone.
Thank goodness someone finally put Chaewon 2nd, I hope more people can see her talent.

My Ranking :
1. Yuri = While Yujin can rival her in low tones, No one can beat Yuri in middle and espicially on high notes. Not to mention her improvisation which is in the right time and the right place. Many times when the other 11 sings, Yuri is also singing with a different lyrics also higher in notes. This is beyond normal. I mean it is 1 VS 11. OMG. Euh, Perfect for main vocal.

2- 7 Yena, Yujin, Chaeyeon, Chaewon, Nako, Eunbi ==> can't be sorted because they have their own strength and weakness.
Chaeyon & Nako = I think they are Karaoke Maniac. They are songs and dance otaku. Both can produce high tone also powerful. I dare to say Chaeyeon is better than Nako. In this term, they are better than the other three but in term of low note (as well as range) also technique wise the other four are better in comparison.
Yujin = the best on low notes and stable on high tones. but under normal condition Yena is better.
Yena = about the same with Yujin but she sometimes improvises a little. Her color and personality is very strong to the point it is shown on stages.
Chaewon = she is definetly not in charge of low notes. contrary to that, she sometimes shouts and sings a difficult part like Yuri, (the most difficult is still handled by Yuri though). However, the way she sings is too soft and elegant, her improvisation also makes her graceful. Because of these, Eunbi is a great rival for her.
Eunbi = Not so powerful like Chaeyeon&Nako but much greater in technique. Her improvisation is more mature than Yena so she can take over more part than Yena (while Yena got the interesting parts istead). Able to beat Yujin on high notes (while Yujin got some of the low notes instead). While Chaewon sing the graceful tones, Eunbi sings the impacting tones. With these, she is almost like the playmaker on the stage. In unit songs without Yuri, she usually in charge of the unit main vocal.

Wonyoung & Hitomi = has the same ranking for me. Normally Wonyoung is slightly better, but when the dance is too energitic Hitomi who took dance class prior and also experienced as 48G member occasionally beat Wonyoung.

10. Minju = I bet being able to play some instruments helped her in singing ablity.

my personal opinion
1. yuri (good range and technique, i love her husky voice)
2. eunbi, chaewon, chaeyeon, yena (all have pretty nice voices, eunbi has the best range and clear notes, chaewon and yena have good technique and chaeyeon has a rlly pretty voice)
3. yujin (pretty good, sometimes unstable but will def improve
4. nako (has a good upper range and a cute voice)
5. wonyoung (has a decent voice which is rlly cute, has a lot of time to improve too)
6. minjoo (has a nice soothing tone but she dosent have the best technique)
7. hitomi and sakura (hitomi has a cute voice but is too nasal and sakura has a nice calming voice and a pretty tone but isn't stable and doesn't have good technique)
8. hyewon (she can rap pretty decently, and her tone isn't bad but she doesn't have good technique nor is stable, maybe bc of short training period)

Chaewon has an angel like voice, her tone is good
Yujin has a great voice, her tone is also good (watch king of masked singer)
Yena has a very husky voice, i really liked that high note in Veryx3
Wonyoung is okay, can adjust her voice at diff concepts
Nako has range, but she has a weaker technique and a weak voice (like a weaker chaewon)
Hitomi has a very high pitch voice, and sometimes unstable
Minju is okay
Sakura is better singing in Japanese but overall just average, very unstable
Hyewon has a weak voice (but she has a good vocal tone)
