Another is when I usually show you the WALL-E that I honestly say that I like it so much that I don't want to buy everything that is only WALL-E but I like this WALL-E movie/tale so much!
Wow! I can definitely tell you put a lot of work into this Jack! You even went above and beyond and speculated certain parts of the ride that aren’t even revealed yet, which is excellent 👏 now I can’t wait to ride this :D
I am actually so excited for this ride to officially open later this year. The way you described the layout makes it sound even more amazing and makes me a little more anxious to check it out, whether in person or in a video. Either way, great video Jack!
I was just at WDW and after seeing the FroZone 50th statue started thinking a FroZone/Incredibles story coaster like this would be amazing! It would take place in the middle of an Incredibles Super hero battle with FroZone trying to keep the guests out of harms way. So you have the coaster “slidey-ness” plus the screen based storytelling.
My most anticipated coaster of the year! I've done enough RMC's and multilaunch intamins now it's hard to get too excited but this is like nothing else. Can't wait!

It may be a bit past its prime, but I could see an omnimover coaster of Roger Rabbit. They could do some amazing stuff with Benny the Cab and bringing Toontown to life all around you. It would blow away Cartoon Spin.

The vehicles could look like magic carpets and you could have lots of show scenes from the movie. Escaping the cave of wonders and fighting snake and/or genie jafar would be cool.
BEST Ride Attraction Video I have seen in a long time!!! You put Everything into this Video!!! Thank You!!! It Truly shows your outstanding investigative reporting skills!!!!
Hope Free ride is one of the songs, imagine launching backwards up that first hill to "the mountain is highhh," then the drop goes into "the valley is lowww"
The part @9:53 is a lot slower and then you come to a stop as you turn around and get launched back. It feels like the backwards part of Everest where you're coming back up and get squished into your seat and is probably the most intense part of the ride.
I am very excited for this ride and I hope it becomes the best ride in the park since Epcot isn't known for having the best rides of the 4 Disney World parks. My question is though, will it have a passholder preview like what they did with Ratatouille?
I drive a Disney Bus and one night I had a cast member route that was backstage at Epcot. I got to drive under the ride as it spans the road back there The building is massive!
I'd be willing to bet that in that hairpin turn between the first lift and the first launch, the cars rotate in conjunction with the turn such that your car remains pointing towards the same focal point as the train navigates the turn (i.e. you enter the turn facing forward but leave the turn facing backwards making it tough to decern that you are actually backwards until the train starts accelerating backwards up the first launch. I'm guessing the car rotates again mid-launch so that you are facing forward again by the end of the launch (relative to the direction of movement of the train). Just a guess...
just rode it, you're spot on in the first half of the comment!! Nice job :D You're backwards for quite some time, the rotation after the launch happens a bit later if i recall correctly. It was such a whirlwind of an experience! I did get very dizzy tho, as it rotates while you're blasting through the track, it produces a lot of that teacups feeling. So excited to ride it again soon ^-^
After looking at the low-light POV of the ride, I can say, with confidence, that this recreation is suprisingly accurate, with one major exception, the fake-out dead end before the first launch. That's where the reverse launch is located.
Credit goes to Tommy Hawkins, the simulation software wouldn’t allow for a reverse launch, but it was stated in the video and the overlay track layout, that would be where the reverse launch would be location.
At least this is something that regular park folks can enjoy. It was nice hearing of someting positive other than the Starcruiser. It's great to see a roller coaster in Epcot. Fine job on the video. It was really great!
GREAT SCOTT!!!😱😱 Thank you, Jack!!!😘😘 Now, I can't wait for see a sneak preview of a new land, "Wodners of Xandar Pavilion" in World Discovery at EPCOT!!! Because of Avengers Campus' world Map in D23 Expo 2019 event, "Wonders of Xandar Pavilion" was originally name as "Xandarian Outpost"? And I remember about the past in the Timelines of EPCOT's history!! Right?
Great job! Nice to see something new like this ride come to Epcot. By the way, here’s hoping that giving the Figment ride a major update will be a part of the park’s expansion too
This ride is the most AMAZING THING EVER I went on it early and honestly it is a whole different experience and I recommend going on in right as it opens.
I for one am SUPER excited to potentially hear the classic Universe of Energy "Feel the Flow" Theme back as those 80’s musical scores are part of what made Epcot so special! And I mean the ride system is versatile enough that I think it would make a fun Big Hero 6 attraction.
I have a June trip on the horizon. I’m really hoping this is open when we’re there. Of course we have a lot of other new things to see and enjoy on this trip (it’s been over 2 years). But adding this ride to Epcot is really going to spread out the crowds (or have them all in one place lol).
Make sure you stay on Disney property so you can utilize there lightning lane system before everyone else. Or else you'll be waiting 2hrs on most rides.
@@michaeljabronis7271 oh I’m onsite. But won’t be using LL. I’ll be hoping for a boarding pass (assuming they open with one) or standing in line with the other chumps.
@@MrsNewfiefan thats a good idea, im sure they will have them at that time, but as for the other rides in other parks i suggest the LL. Just saying 15 bucks for half your day off ques is well worth it. Especially if you get first dibs on it when you are staying at the parks.
4:49 I'm SUPER excited (punintended) for this attraction. It'll definitely be a historical moment in Disney Parks history! If it is possible to implement this ride tech in another way, might I suggest something based off of Peter Pan, Captain America, or the underrated yet beloved Atlantis: The Lost Empire.
Classic Jack in fashion 😎👍 With that being said... Cobra's Curse down the road! In-Door Lim Launch Multi Screen Attraction does have merit though... 40yrs ago!
Awesome video Jack! I am always excited for new additions to WDW, and there have been several since 2017. I am very much looking forward to riding in May (if any previews) along with Ratatouille. Epcot is great, but adding new attractions and an overhaul has been overdue. Hopefully SSE and Mary Poppins do get back on as been recently hinted. Great stuff!
Rides absolutely terrify me. I can't do soarin' or the much more adventurous Avatar version of it. How do you think this coaster would compare to either of those? My kids are big enough to ride and they want me to go with them.
I feel you! I CANT do rides, they scare the doo doo dukey out of me, and I am a safety freak. my mom got the same email too. I think its gonna be different then soarin' or flight of passage because its gonna be a roller coaster that spins, drops, and is on a track instead of a moving platform. I can say it might be like the spinning dinosaur ride in animal kingdom (Primeval Whirl), though I am not sure. I KNOW for a fact it will be safe. It may make you dizzy if you are prone to motion sickness?? There is a backwards launch as far as I know. I am not sure 100% but all of this because its not out yet but that's what I think. EDIT: It will be fast, with launches I can say with confidence. I think it will be a little like Slinky Dog Dash at Hollywood studios with the launch.
This reply may be a bit late but rollercoasters used to terrify me, I went to Disney World about 6 weeks ago and decided after watching videos of other people getting over their fears of coasters that I would try and ride every coaster there and build myself up. The plan was to start small with thunder mountain and finish with rock n roller coaster. That didn't go to plan and cosmic rewind was my first coaster. The initial launch was fine but then you get hit by the force of going up, that's probably the most intense bit. I had blondie play which I love so I just sang the song all the way through which helped a lot. I came off the ride feeling great but after hearing it fell in the middle rankings for intensity I was still nervous to ride ToT and RnR. I needn't have been, I loved every one and rode cosmic rewind 3 times and it got better and better. One of the key things for me was having a positive mental attitude, going onto the ride with a smile on my face, telling myself it was going to be fun and keep all negative thoughts out of my head. I hope this reassures you gives you confidence to give coasters a try. Good luck!
With single cars, this could be a fun Aladdin magic carpet ride. Escape from the Cave of Wonders, zoom through Agrebah, and up high in the clouds. I guess slow for family friendly, and fast for thrills.
I’m guessing the “magic “ and “trickery “ it’s what’s going to be a standout here and it’s the whole experience and not the coaster it’s self as the main character, I’m looking forward to see what they have done.
looks like an awesome ride based on that render of the ride track. maybe the quinjet ride at avengers campus Disenyland will use something similar if that ride ever gets built.
I’ve watched this video a couple of times over the past week and it entirely sums up why your channel is awesome - the insight and the passion really come through - and it’s very obvious that your excitement for the ride is real. Great work Jack!
So supposedly there will be a reverse launch at the beginning. However Disney most likely won’t keep you in the reverse position going up the steep incline, otherwise it might cause whiplash. So they’ll probably turns the cars 180 to face forward as you reach the incline. But there is a lot of tunnel that is flat that would be suitable for the reverse launch.
4:49 I am so excited for this roller coaster! A great addition to EPCOT which was needed badly since they started construction on everything. You talked about the possibility before of a 3rd ride to Galaxy's Edge and this would be great for the storytelling element of the ride.
What I think Disney should do for these more recent IP drops in EPCOT is instead of dedicating individual pavilions or areas to IP, they should integrate them into each existing pavilion. Each IP drop would act as an example of Disney products or pop culture and its interpretation of that area of science and technology for that pavilion and the role it has played in advancing culture’s awareness of that field. For example. EPCOT currently has a space pavilion (mission space) which acts as a truly EPCOT example of displaying and allowing others to experience the technologies and emerging ideas of space travel. In the case of Guardians of the Galaxy, this could act as an IP example for the space pavilion, displaying pop culture’s interpretation of space technology in the movie and educating the viewer about how the ideas brought about in IP could help to inspire future technologies and generations. A short preshow film could describe this and tie the IP in and then the ride could just be a Guardians of the Galaxy ride with no need for further tie-ins to EPCOT. This model would allow Disney to happily integrate IP for every Future World Pavilion while also retaining EPCOT’s ideas of technology, edutainment, the future, and inspiration for all. World of Motion could become home to test track and IP such as Star Wars and all the examples of possible new transportation technologies that could emerge in future decades from those movies. As mentioned previously, the Space Pavilion could be home to mission space and the guardians of the galaxy. They could reconstruct the queue building behind the current space pavilion and redivert the launch tunnel to the roller coaster. The Universe of Energy could be reinstated and then become home to an IP example such as Fantasia where you discuss examples of energy seen in scenes such as bald mountain. The Living Seas could reinstate the educational dark ride and then tie in IP such as 20,000 leagues or Nemo or the little mermaid and discuss the diversity and fragility of the world’s oceans. The land could be home to living with the land, soarin’, and IP like Pocahontas or Moana. The Imagination pavilion could be home to journey into imagination and IP like alice and wonderland where you could discuss the impact of Disney animation and the whimsical creativity and imagination found in the movie on the liberal arts. Even the health pavilion could be re-instated and integrate IP like inside out where you discuss the impact of mental health and balancing emotions. Pleace feel free to let me know what you think about this idea. I really think it would benefit the Disney visitor and Disney in regards to EPCOT and IP.
4:46. I'll be lucky to make it to Disney World to see the ride open before Fall culminizes. More attractions and rides will be in the planning when I begin my career inside that park, Jack. I can help them with them and bring all the ones I thought up to life as well. One more thing; Disney's contract with Netflix is finally coming to an end. All the movies that were on it are finally gone and transferred to Disney Plus. Six remaining shows still on there for now are bound to be next.
4:49. I'm hella excited for the Guardians Comic Rewind Coaster to finally open! I would use the ride tech for a Black Panther coaster for maybe Disneyland CA or some other Disney park.
It would seem as though that original image was revealing anywhere from 39% to 44% of visible surface area instead of the suggested 29.7%. Furthermore, it seems as though 3-4 trains can be in the main show building at once due to the numerous block sections. Which I predict will be the moments that the tracks from the playlist will switch. Overall, I think this will be a phenomenal attraction to experience, and will add some great re-ride-ability depending on where you sit on the train. Personally, I think the back train will be the highlight as you go through the downward helix. Great video Jack!!!
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind was such a fun ride lol (what’s crazy though is that the ride is 60mph.. almost as fast as Test Track) 100% recommended going on it, it’s my new favorite ride!
So refreshing to hear some positive Disney news! Thanks for sharing your thoughts on Guardians of the Galaxy: Rewind. Could you by chance give your thoughts on Star Wars: Galactic Cruiser. There have been a lot of mixed reviews on it so I would love to know your thoughts.
@@DSNYNewscast can't say I blame. It would be better to review if you actually stay at it. I'm waiting to get some honest reviews from people actually had to pay for the stay. Many reviewers were offered a free trip but I feel they were brided by Disney to say nice things. I like reviews that are both positive and critical.
@@bruceweatherly6559 Watch the WDWNT review of it, the review is about an hour long and it’s completely honest. Disney hates their group, so they were not given a free stay, they state what they liked and what they don’t like about it. In the end, they say nothing is worth $6,000, so this can’t be worth 6,000.
WE WILL BE THERE MAY 27TH!!!! Thanks for the video. I really hope it opens that day! My family are huge GOTG fans, my kids would freak out! Me and husband dressed as Star Lord and Gamora for Halloween one year, LOL. It is the last day of our Disney trip and likely not be able to afford to go back with our kids, so it would mean so much. looks like an awesome ride based on that render of the ride track. maybe the quinjet ride at avengers campus Disenyland will use something similar if that ride ever gets built.
Heck yes I'm excited! Ready for a new coaster and ride in Epcot.
I’ve watched this video a couple of times over the past week and it entirely sums up why your channel is awesome - the insight and the passion really come through - and it’s very obvious that your excitement for the ride is real. Great work Jack!
We loved the analysis! Thanks for making this video program!
So I’m assuming if they ever make an avengers campus in Florida it will be in Epcot.
Probably Future World East -> Avengers Campus at some point in the DISTANT future...
This ride style would be perfect if somewhere like alton towers or thorpe park attempted to tackle a doctor who rollercoaster
Now I'm so excited. I'm going to WDW the first week of June. If I have to stand in line all day I will ride this ride.
Any status update on Tron? Opening time frames? Thank you.
Will open some time between October 1, 2022 - March 31, 2023! Can’t be more specific than that at the moment
Amazing video!! this ride will be awesome!
Even though there are not any true inversions, I bet some elements will feel like inversions while being in the dark
Dizzy, I’m so dizzy; my head is spinning. ;).
I think it is almost done for construction but I think should by mid April or mid May
BLASTING TO THE BIG BANG!
Can't wait. Always love your detail!
Is the reverse launch not the launch up to the gravity building????
Great info and love the coverage! Well done Jack! I’m super excited for this coaster to open. I like the GOTG series.
Same! GOTG.2 is my favorite
Oh yea, that is something I must try out!
I feel kinda proud that vekoma did it again!
Is going to be awesome I can’t wait
thank you
What 6 shows? 🤔
Excellent video Jack x
I’m very excited for this to open!!!
4:49. I'm hella excited for the Guardians Comic Rewind Coaster to finally open! I would use the ride tech for a Black Panther coaster for maybe Disneyland CA or some other Disney park.
Or use it for the Avengers ride they kept promising and now is on indefinite hold at Avengers Campus.
I wish but Disneyland doesn't have the space
Ooh, can't WAIT!
Thanks for your hard work on this video, it's great to see you again -⭐⭐
It would seem as though that original image was revealing anywhere from 39% to 44% of visible surface area instead of the suggested 29.7%. Furthermore, it seems as though 3-4 trains can be in the main show building at once due to the numerous block sections. Which I predict will be the moments that the tracks from the playlist will switch.
Overall, I think this will be a phenomenal attraction to experience, and will add some great re-ride-ability depending on where you sit on the train. Personally, I think the back train will be the highlight as you go through the downward helix.
Great video Jack!!!
Great production and insight.
4:47. Looks amazing! Not sure when I’ll ever make it back to WDW.
oh wow this roller coaster looks so cool. An indoor attraction with a seat that rotates 360 and is longer than 1km
Awesome digitization! I am a roller coaster wimp, but I'm excited to do this one!
Well we’ll see what happens. Thanks for the video and the info. Take care and be safe Jack.
I think you are losing the algorithm battle. You videos are such good quality. You should have more views!
I probably am losing that battle! 😂 nothing I can do about it. I have the SEO all setup correctly. But I don’t know what else I can do!
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind was such a fun ride lol (what’s crazy though is that the ride is 60mph.. almost as fast as Test Track) 100% recommended going on it, it’s my new favorite ride!
I’m about to go on it but I don’t want to because I don’t know if it’s got drops, hate those.
Thanks Jack. I love these new ride break downs. I will be at Disney at the end of May. So may get to ride this year.
I been working on this ride for the past year I won’t spoil anything but I can definitely say this ride is amazing
I haven’t done it, and can’t afford it, so there’s not much point me jumping on the bandwagon to “review” it
@@DSNYNewscast can't say I blame. It would be better to review if you actually stay at it. I'm waiting to get some honest reviews from people actually had to pay for the stay. Many reviewers were offered a free trip but I feel they were brided by Disney to say nice things. I like reviews that are both positive and critical.
@@DSNYNewscast that's refreshingly sincere jack.
@@christopherthedisneydude6621 thank you I'll check it out
Already got an email saying to look out for the pass holder preview email for it
Hope it going to be fun when it opens up
im very excited. planning an awesome family trip in june!!!
What a brilliantly put together video, really informative as usual and easy to follow 😀
I don't want to tell them in case it doesn't open so they aren't disappointed.
