They really found something in the music and lyrics that matches the essence of the YMCA Y Mind program. We have heard the original song hundreds of times and never thought there was a deeper meaning about mental wellness just below the surface.
In my opinion I strongly THINK that this song is the best
Firstly it is super relaxing
Secondly it is so nice and calming

You are correct it is Young Men and there are many other lyric changes they did. Do a quick google search for the actual lyrics.
