Listening to this version of Wake me up, reading about Avicii's death, relating to the lyrics on a personal level, I feel so gutted. I wish I heard him earlier. I wish he heard this earlier. I wish he'd wake up wiser and older. Sometimes, life's tough even though it seems like you have the world by your side. Here's me, wanting to cry my heart out, but failing miserably to even summon a teardrop into my eyes. I feel this song, I feel every syllable of it, every rhythm, every pause... God bless his soul for giving us this wonderful piece of music.

As an Avicii fan, I'm really grateful to you guys for this. I used to listen to his songs but only after some time I came to know he is no longer with us. After knowing that he passed away, I needed something to warm my heart, and this was it. Thankyou Avicii and you guys ❤
There is something about combining voices that just slows down the heart and makes it beat more intensely at the same time. It is both soothing and exhilarating. And when kids are involved like this, the emotions are just overwhelming.

I absolutely LOVE this choir. All their pieces are simply phenomenal. In this song I love how they focus on the lower registers for the girl soloists and the slightly higher register for the boys. Avicii must be smiling, just as we are.
