This song caught me musicaly straight away.... but when i learnt the lyrics it really hit me hard. Such a beautiful song about such a dark place... depression. I have lost a friend to suicide and it was honestly horrible. This song hits hard and i hope it opens doors to those trapped in depression. We all have have problems but if i had of know what my friend was going through, i would of done anything to get him past that phase. I kick myself, if i had of know i could of brought him up above the water, enough for him to get back on his feet. This song hits so hard as it reminds me of him in that state.

He doesn't have real friends. All he has is me, not even my mom and my brother. He wants to stop doing drugs but he always ended up doing drugs bcuz of his bad friends. I love you papa. I can't be all the better because we would party nd use together but I've been clean for 5yrs and all we can do is never stop trying for them , cuz they do see us and if where they're by they're side not preaching to them but just being there is the world to them, even if they don't show it they appreciate us , they do. never give up no matter how much they're assholes , we know they're not like that as a person. cuz where all they have at times.
