I love this song from the first moment in which I listened to it with authentic passion.. it is not the typical song that you like as soon as you hear it and you will get tired of it at the same time.. NOOOOO.. it is the mythical song that when you listen to it you realize realize how big it is... so close to being a forest by The Cure... A Love will tear us apart by Joy Division... A second skin by Chameleons... ect... what a band oh my god... The other one day I fell very short giving them 9.5 stars... because 10 for me is something so extremely special that I prefer someone else to give it... To my surprise, in addition to making music that is at par with the greats, they are also very good people. and humble... I just hope that someone takes a good look at them and releases them in Europe so I can see them... and give them the appreciation they really deserve... I'm still amazed by this album... I never thought that in this era someone would take me out of my depth physical body and elevated me to the astral world.. I am very grateful and from here my support and all my unconditional love for HANGWIRE.. they will surely go very far..

That was way more than I was expecting going in... I'm a brit trucking through my 50s, and that track had so many sounds of my youth threaded through it. It was wonderfully well done. Thanks to you Children of the night I discovered Hangwire. I've listened to their album "Farewell", what a gem. They explore the classical post-punk like joy division or Echo and the Bunnymen style, the ethereal goth vibes from the cure to Bauhaus and also some Madchester/shoegaze songs like this one. Just amazing, I also recommend listening to the song Bones. Cool surprise to know that they're from Uruguay ❤️

@@2Quikly No, not just you and a definite influence. Love 'Chinese Burn' from the La Femme Nikita TV series soundtrack. If you're not familiar with it, take a listen to the 1998 soundtrack - it has many brilliant tracks in this genre. Series was excellent too.

I was born in 1966 and approve of this.
This was such a kickass song. I was in a codependent relationship one that blew me away on so many levels emotionally, physically, mentally and I loved him so much ...we both had severe PTSD and so much in common and it helped yet hindered us working thru pain and loss...this movie was so good it wasn't like to this level but the pain he was dealing with at times I couldn't deal and vice versa the back and forth..but we comforted each other in a way no one understood but it got too hard...then he died suddenly and my life stopped after that and two other losses...this band helps..."Buffalo 66" was a masterpiece of emotion by the director actor and Christina Ricci. This song with it is epic. And btw I took tap dancing for 12 years. Thank you!!

I still can't believe that music from YES was on the soundtrack about a guy wanting to kill someone , I thought that alone was pretty cool when this movie came out. This album has been on constant rotation since I first heard it and purchased it last week. This is a modern masterpiece that tips a hat to many artists I love. The atmosphere created through each track through to Satellites is addictive. I haven’t felt this for an album in years. Incredible.
