- Purple Heart (ang. Purpurowe Serce) - amerykańskie odznaczenie wojskowe, przyznawane w imieniu prezydenta Stanów Zjednoczonych tym, którzy zostali ranni albo zabici w czasie służby wojskowej w Armii Stanów Zjednoczonych lub walcząc u jej boku, po 5 kwietnia 1917 roku.
Jest to jedyne amerykańskie odznaczenie, do którego otrzymania nie potrzeba niczyjej rekomendacji, a które otrzymuje się automatycznie po tym, kiedy żołnierz amerykański zostanie ranny lub zabity, spełniając przy tym którykolwiek z następujących warunków

I am a retired Marine, 1st div. San Diego, Calif. . I lost a lot of friends in the 18 years I served. Thank you for this tribute. Would be nice to see a tribute to all soldiers and warriors of the world who served their countries with honor.
I agree, I am not a soldier, but every soldier went through his hell, when he either had to kill others or saw the innocent die and Sabaton reminds us of what many people have forgotten today - how terrible the war is, unfortunately our "wishes" forget it leaders who are slowly but surely pushing the world into another conflict, all for their own good only.

gdyby wśród ludzkości nie trafiali się pomyleńcy chcący rozwiązywać problemy przez wzniecanie wojen, pokój nie musiałby kosztować "tysiąc żyć".

I am not from America but seeing the images of the ppl crying for the other soldiers brings a tear to my eye because they were soldiers and they were young. References. References everywhere. (This is still not a joke I'm crying just a bit for the soldiers who fought for their motherland.)

This song made me cry... We should honor the dead soldiers as best as we can.
The best way to honor our soldiers is to not send them to war of profit. It would be a first for the US to fight a war of self defense. The US is always at war to steal something from someone.

Ten kto nie był na wojnie nie wie jakie piekło przechodzi każdy żołnierz. Ja jeszcze w wojsku nie jestem ale chodzę na ASG. Może że i tam są pociski, kulki 6mm i nic mi nie zrobią ale bycie za osłoną pod ostrzałem M249 daje siwe znaki psychice nawet w ASG.

Ciągle i wciąż tylko się o tym mówi, a nic w tej kwestii się nie robi. Prosty przykład batalii rodzin naszych poległych chłopaków o należne odszkodowania i ich wysokość ... Jak dla mnie to żołnierze nie są winni, tylko ci którzy nimi dowodzą (nie mówię o wyższych rangach). Po obu stronach cierpią każdej wojny cierpią ludzie. Może moje słowa nie mają sensu bo jeszcze nie znam życia ale tak mi się wydaje.

Nie przepadam za metalem jednak Sabaton pokazuje że nie trzeba go lubić by ich słuchać! Naprawde piekna piosenka zreszta jak wiekszość;)
także nie popieram wojny, ale bynajmniej nie potępiam istnienia armii w ogóle :-) co do szybkich akcji zbrojnych - historia nam pokazuje że zdecydowanie zbyt wiele takich błyskawicznych planów przeciągało się w nieskończoność...

Muzyka Sabatonu to cos wiecej niz muzyka. wyobrazcie sobie siebie w sytuacji z 1:32. Na pewno macie kogos w rodzinie w sluzbach munudrowych. jesli nie potraficie zrozumiec ofiary jaka oni ponosza, czy to na skutek walki z przekonan, na przyklad Polacy 1939-1963 (gdy zginal ostatni polski partyzant śp. Jozef Franczak) czy tez stricte z wydanych im odgornie rozkazow, to mysle ze zrozumiecie to dopiero gdy taka sytuacja bedzie miec miejsce
Ja znam to uczucie, codziennie modlę się za kuzyna... aby przeżył...

Mam wujka, dowódcę drużyny, z nim już jeżdżę na ćwiczenia, kiedy tylko mogę. Tam uczę się strzelać, biegać (heh, odpowiednio do sytuacji i tak, żeby nie wybić się z rytmu), pomagać innym.. Myślę, że jeszcze troszkę i się uda;) Co nie znaczy, że jestem jakimś dzikusem myślącym tylko o wojnie:D Gram w gry, robię wypady z kolegami i koleżankami - jak normalny chłopak w wieku 14 lat^^

I enlisted for the army today. And this, this is how I want to die. With pride and bravery in my heart. And this is how I want to be remembered, as a fallen hero that died for his country. I always liked the idea of a soldiers death, just as I always loved the army.
And in few years, I´ll be on the battlefield (I chose to study more and become an officer, because I don´t like the idea of dying for a miserable payment) living my dream, along with US marines. Hooah.

What is more important die like a soldier or know that the person who killed you listened the same music like you and don't really want to do this. Yes the honor full dead of an soldier is anywhere a beautiful way to die but you must fink that he must live with killing you and it would be possible that in future conflicts another sabaton fan could kill you and i think this is a sad thought
Oh and we are all humans i mean this with the other sabaton listener sounds like this is the only important similarities of us all what is definitely wrong
Klip bardzo dobry ale mam jedną uwagę co do tłumaczenia(bardzo niewielką). Mianowicie "We have found the piece, we've seen the end" przetłumaczyłeś to jako "znaleźliśmy pokój, doczekaliśmy końca" moim zdaniem powinno być "znaleźliśmy pokój, widzieliśmy koniec" gdyż jest to wyraźne nawiązanie do Platona - "Tylko umarli widzieli koniec wojny". Może szukam dziury w całym ale tak mi się rzuciło w oczy.
Tłumaczenie faktycznie nie jest do końca poprawne, ale piosenka i tak wzrusza do łez :'(
Podobnie jak zdjęcia bardzo dobrze dobrane, również wzruszają :'(

Ja wyobrażam sobie taką przyszłość i właśnie dlatego nie szukam ani dziewczyny, ani nic w tym stylu;) Co więcej - gdyby zgodnie z moim planem (brzmi to szalenie, wiem;)) udało mi się zajść dalej, to zabroniłbym zakładać rodzin przed pierwszą wojną (niedoświadczony żołnierz - narażony żołnierz) lub bynajmniej 4 latach treningu czynnego.
