@@okoffroadmowers awesome!! I will be doing the same as soon as I get my GT18 done. I want to change the rims on the back to four lug hubs to use four wheeler hubs and rims.
If those inner axle bearings are still factory needle bearings (i know you can buy bronze bushings from peerless that press in those housings and some 820s came with bronze bushings there) you will have serious galling issues in no time on a standard cold or hot rolled keyed shaft... Needle bearings are super hard and need to run on hardened, precision ground surfaces. There are a few vids on UA-cam doing this mod a few different ways but they all use bronze in place of the needles there cuz even if by some chance u find a hardened precision ground keyed shaft the keyway will totally fuck it anyway..
Man I love the way your brain works! Not a single issue yet and I don’t think there ever will be 😄 thanks buddy!!
You know it man! Crew all needs solid rigs this coming year!
If you offered a case protection kit I’d buy it
that little key might snap, i have to weld my hubs to the shaft. great video. thanks
Cool
can you use it in a raceing mower thanks.
You guys need to do some night rides with all the rock lights and cool headlamps.
Will be doing lots of filmed night rides this year!

whats going on with the FORD 140? I feel like you gave up on it under that table there! thats the one I need to see more of
It will be coming back out here in the summer to get finished up!
Would a 820 peerless be better than a 2300 peerless
They are both good in our opinion
Depends on your frame setup which would be easier to swap in
What keeps the axle centered?
Locking screws and e rings( lock rings)
Could you not just have a machine shop put keyways in the 1" axle and in both hubs and have it driven that way?
You could do it may ways
This is the way we did it
Next time will be even more strong
do you just repair lawnmowers and fab shit for a living lol??
U repet your self to much
