Especially as a growing brand it's easy to forget that it's NOT about US but our customer and what WE offer THEM. In gearing up to launch the second season of my kids creativity web show I got flustered making the wrong steps in the site template I choose, the shirts I wear, the kids I cast, etc. But my value is in the ACTIVITIES I offer parents and their kids. Boom.
Taking the COPY CURE right now (via Marie!) and LOVE it. Love the advice there and here to focus on your ideal customer. It really makes all your business choices much easier. If your Ideal Customer would like what you're putting out then you know you're on the right track. THANK YOU!
I really liked this advice. I am working in a non-profit organization and all we do is fund-raise. I always wonder if I am leaving too many people out because they don't 'fit the bill" in a sense, to what we're trying to promote. :) Thanks for the tips.
