Interesting setup does the kitchen have one of those doors outside a shame there isn't more outside space not for families then. I think you were right about the last room as the primary nicest room with the terrace and dual closets and shower and bath. I love a lift in a home a great trend I think makes life a lot easier for someone like me. I don't know about the carpets would rather have wood flooring. Lovely home was this the one with the blue plaque if not what was it? Great presentation Toby as usual
Mr Corbin I was reviewing the property 3 Carlton gardens which billionaire ken griffin purchased in your honest opinion is there any properties currently on the market that can rival that property. Thanks
The decor is so ick, 8.25million for a kitchen that looks almost identical to my IKEA kitchen and every light fitting straight from B&Q??? And those bathrooms!? The brown mosaic is 🤢. No thank you!😅
I appreciate the location but the fit and finish in a lot of the rooms isn’t £8.2m or indeed the area. The kitchen is what you’ll find in a £300k home (even the LEDs are the B&Q 5 quid per meter variety).
Great tour but it's weird how all UK mansions have such a dated decor. Those trends have been out of fashion for at least 10 years. If I were gonna pay for a 9M house, i wouldn't like to have to update the decor of the whole house.
You said, "The lift stops on every floor," but please do correct me. If I'm wrong, there is no lift exit/stop on the kitchen level? As a wheelchair user, this would be an incredibly silly error on the developers' point! I do enjoy your videos, but the lifts are just as important to me as having a front door.
The lift g goes as far as the first floor then few steps down to kitchen and few steps down to the guest bedroom, which I would probably turn it into a gym and sauna
The last bedroom is the best because it’s the only room with ensuite bathroom that actually has a window. Do rich English people hate the sun or something? Almost all your bathrooms have no windows at all, like wtf
Why is the decor always so bland and all original features have been ripped out. It looks like the inside of a new build show home, dont like it at all
You really are one of the best real estate presenters in the UK. Always look forwards to your videos, keep it up!
Good thing there’s a lift because there’s so many floors 😮
I know right!
Great presentation Toby, looking as slick as ever…👍
Thanks 👍
Him or the house?
Nickname Slick T. Lol

Nice place Nice home
Pretty dope ! 😁
Beautiful interior, is it a turn key property or are the staged furniture's not included?
Great question! I don’t know 🤷 The agent will be happy to answer this question for you :)
TOBY "ALL THROUGHOUT" CORBAN

IKEA price depends of postcode
4:01 what's through that door?

Hi Toby, great vid! Weird question... How tall are you?? I can never work out if some of these doorways and ceilings are low or normal height 😂
Hahah I’m 6’5 on a good day!
@@TobyCorbanThat’s basketball ball height. Great video by the way.
Why have they left a ladder propped up against the wall in the kitchen?
I think that is one of those towel holder things not in the right place though if used for usually throws etc..
Please NO SHOES !!!!!! 🙏🏾
Even though you have an elevator you still gotta take stairs
Or you can take the elevator! 😉

The decor is either new or 90-50 years old and we're fine. But 10 years old really is that nasty spot

You are correct ✅

Interesting 🤔 I don’t know! Anyone who reads this if you know jump in!
It's most likely due to privacy concerns. Wealthy people put a lot of importance on having their own spaces, often closed off
@@Ayyfren Thanks. But that's weird considering they have no qualms of having floor to ceiling windows all over the place except the bathrooms 🤔
@@Ayyfren But it is not just wealthy people, many maybe even most English homes of whatever economic class do not have bathrooms with windows.
It's because the original building would not have had bathrooms, so they've had to use a corner of the existing room to create a bathroom.
It's nice, but 8 plus million pounds, no way, you could get mansion in London for that money 😊
Hahaha April fools has passed Errol😉
@@TobyCorban I can’t figure out if he’s joking lol do u want to tell or shall I ?
@@yorkshirelad346hahah I’m not sure either! You can tell mate 😄
Dude Chelsea is the richest borough of what is seen as Central London so no , u couldn’t get a mansion in the city of London of 8 mill no where near .
@@TobyCorbanare there even mansions in the the city ? Jesus how much would that be ?

Where's the fireplace that you show in the thumbnail? I didn't see it anywhere in the entire video. That is deceptive. Show the real thing please.
Hey Abdul! Interesting I showed the fireplace. Are you looking to buy a fireplace? 🔥
Do you need a thumbnail designer
