Yes apr and may are the peak months but after that its usually resident stripers. Always wanted to try lures in the bay area but I dont know spots there and scaried of break ins

You mean striper in sacramento River is slow down now ? Can you try on American River ? Do you know place for fishing striper in American River ?

Its a hit and miss on the AR check out my other 2 videos on AR striper. June usually marks the end of the Striper season on the Sacramento River. Unless you toughen it out soak bait during the nite you might be lucky.
