i fail in upload my footage using FPT(Normal, Passive,etc have been set correctly and it got connected to the server. Unfortunately it fail in transfer when click upload) . Then i am now using web for upload only. The problem with web uploading is that it got stuck while uploading many times. Sometime it show 100% completion but no actual footage available in my account. Sometime it got stopped halfway. Sometime it says that it is a duplicated footage. My footage file size is about 1GB each and it is MOV file. Do you have any advise what would have cause this problem ? thanks

Hey @teaching Doc first of all a big thank you to you for uploading such great content and inspiring us and making our work easy and answering all our queries within your videos, I also recently started uploading on dreams time I had a small query they have sell the rights option (SR-EL, SR-EL1, SR-EL 3) , I read their agreement they've mentioned that if we sell such photos then we'll have to disable the images from other websites as well where we are selling can you please help how this works ?

No. Don't tick on that...fir wo image sell hua to sab jaga se delete karna padega aur kabhi nahi sell kar paoge. Bad option.
i seen your earlier video and you said, maximum photos are uploaded by you in stock websites are clicked by mobile while when i checked your dreamstime account then it shows all pics are with 300dpi and TIFF how is it possible with mobile?
You need to upload in jpeg.. Event mobile quality will do. But for sales dreamstime will convert it into tiff files with desired resolution. Nothing worry. Mobile shots is perfectly fine.
Can you save the images you have bought to your computer for later use, is the limitation on number of prints on images bought
Depends on your liscense. For extended liscense purchases u can reuse.

Hello my friend ... if you have a minute ... please help me to understand, 1)when i upload a photo at the bottom says : recommended price $250-5000 ..! That means that my photo starts to sell from $250 not at a lower price ... ? 2) if have checked the box says use for print P-EL means that in case who someone get this photo for a print i get the percentage that corresponds to me or not ..? Do you even think someone will buy a flower photo for 250 dollars. Let them decide the default price. Dont click any exclusive option while uploading. For P-EL the commission you get depends on users subscription scheme. You are welcome.

not accepting tiff files when save in other formats file size very low how to sort out .thankyou
Tiff files not allowed. Only Jpg accepted. File resolution should be high. I recommend minimum 8 mega pixel. Then u won't have any low size issue. All the best

Yes u can set price of your pics. But that is for established pros, who are already having good sales. As a beginner don't touch any option.whatever it is by default,just go ahead with it :)

Can anyone explain "Sell the Rights"? Can't find a proper video or article about this topic. Does selling the right means that once your image is old you have to remove it? What actually is it? And why can't I change the setting after the image has been approved? And I don't understand the recommended price ($250-5000), when the truth is that people can download with just $0.20. This is something very confusing.

Sell the rights mean if that is sold you have to delete the image from agency as well as everywhere over the internet or else you will be in big problem.
You are expected to read property and then submit. Why do you want to change after approved ??
Your photo is it worth buying by 5000$?
Is it so rare?? If it is then it's justified. Random photos of mango and roses or anything which your competitor can sell in royalty free model will never be sold in rights. So never click that option.
If your portfolio has got unique content then u can try to sell rights and get lucky. But if you are a beginner casual snapshooter then forget about that option. I will make a video about it in future.
@@TheTeachingDoc Actually, I want to upload my images on multiple platforms. Like I have already uploaded the same image on adobe stock site. And I have uploaded them on other sites too. So, i was wondering if in case i don't remember all the sites I have uploaded my images on, I won't be able to remove them on time if my photos get sold.
Secondly, I don't know if I am right or not. But since I uploaded those images on dreamstime through my mobile phone, I didn't see any option except the categories and the "submit" button. There was no option to sell or not sell the rights or make it exclusive or not. Only after being uploaded when I visited the site from my laptop, I saw those boxes checked. So, I'm not sure what I should be doing.
Better be careful and use laptop/pc if possible as u say u don't see options during dreamstime submission. And it's very important to maintain file database for approved rejected files for every agency. Since it's online business with legalities involved better be cautious. Rest I don't think you are doing anything wrong. Keep uploading 👌😃

Means you will not be able to upload it in any other website. If you do your account will get banned.

It means u r giving your ownership. Then you cannot upload that image in any agency. And if sold, and already approved you have to delete it from already uploaded websites. Beginners are not recommended to tick that option.

It won't show unless it's the best sellers. What you need to understand is "those exact same keywords" are present in millions of images and the ones already sold will be offered to the clients. That's how the algorithm works. For example I have same type of images with same keywords. When I search then, I can find mu best selling images on page 1 but others don't show up at all 😃

Yes for personal use. Not commercial use. Usse dreamstime account (or any such stock photography account) will be banned after some time. Khud se pic lo/design banao aur upload karo. Nahi ata to seekho. 😊

how to solve refused human photos model release problem "Your image might have one or more of the following model release/property release issues:
Model Release / Property Release document is incomplete. Make sure the following fields are properly filled: model name, model signature, model complete postal address (include country), model telephone number, witness print name, witness signature, photographer print name and signature. If the model release is for minors then the following fields must be completed: model name, parent (guardian) name and signature, parent complete postal address, parent telephone number, witness name and signature, photographer name and signature. If you have images accepted online with this MR please upload the correct copy and notify support together with the specific file IDs.
The image includes recognizable individuals. It cannot be accepted without a model release signed by your subject(s). Even if the people within your photo are not the main subject or their faces aren't entirely visible, then you also need a MR for each person who is identifiable. You can download the model release document from the following address: www.dreamstime.com/model_release.pdf
For model releases or property releases generated in MR apps the name and build of the app must be left visible in the footer of your document. Please note that we do not accept model releases or property releases digitally signed on tablets, phones, or other devices and which were not created using one of the applications approved by us. These are: (iOS) Model Release, ASMP Release, Easy Release, Dreamstime Companion; (Android) Dreamstime Companion. Easy Release.
For generic model releases the legal text must be in English. We can not accept generic releases in another language. Alternatively you can use bilingual documents.
For all nude images (body parts or whole) you must attach a model release + an official ID document of the model (ID card, passport, driver's license). Photograph the MR and ID together and upload the image to the MR library as one.
Information provided in the MR library for this model release is incorrect. Please edit it accordingly and ensure the information for your model's age, gender and ethnicity is accurate, then resubmit.
If you have two or more people in your images please don't scan/photograph the model releases together. Add a model release for each of your models to the library and choose more then one by pressing the ctrl key and clicking on them. This will ensure your images to be more relevant in the searches and have more download opportunities."

You have to Contact customer support. Remove all your images. Then you can te upload all to other agencies as non exclusive. Only dreamstime website people can help you.

If the photo is same then yes. Again a seperate model release for another date of shoot. Sometimes same release is accepted. Sometimes websites want their own release format. Varies reviewers to reviewers
