This show is amazing and easily the best adult animated series there has been in years. Both season finales made me cry. It didn’t deserve to get canceled
i was absolutely crushed when this show was cancelled. i relate so much to reagan and seeing her character arc through the first two seasons was so amazing and i was so excited to see what they did with it but alas. I will always have a small bit of hope in my heart for the return of this show but for now i will remember all the laughs and cries, happy that it happened and got cut short than it never happening at all.
This one caught my interest more than your usual stuff cause it's actually a show I had been following. I was initially quite skeptical of the show's quality, but, the latter half of part 2 in particular, convinced me that with more seasons it could be something great. I wasn't too torn up when it was cancelled, but I am interested now in what those involved come up with next. Something that struck me on a casual viewing that I think you put into much clearer terms is just how strong the character writing is without really being obvious at all. For a large portion of the show, I felt like the writing was pretty good, but not really on the tier of some of the other greats like Bojack, but by the time Appleton came around and Reagan's decision at the end of that episode, I realized just how well the core of the show had been characterized, and engagingly so. It's one of those things where even without thinking about it at all you still get the point because it's just done so well.

There’s a great Easter egg with the body swap b-plot where a kid has an Animorphs book, and both the front and the back cover look accurate to the books. Someone either on the writing team or an animator read those books to get that detail.

I feel like they just didn’t understand how they could of used this show to make way more money through merch. Like lovable characters, great designs. The shirts they could of made would of been so cool, the stuffed animals, plushes. Common
Honestly I was really sad when I heard that this was getting it really makes me annoyed that Netflix isn't giving a lot more shows a little bit longer of a shelf life before they just cancel it, there have been so many shows out there that the first season isn't exactly the best but when you watch more you can see where the writers have improved and actors have done better with their characters it's just really sad that they can't just like have at least a 3-season run for their shows initially at least like give us at least three seasons to see whether or not we after the third season if it's still not taking off get rid it but if it's actually gaining some traction keep it sometimes people will wait to watch your show because they're in the middle of watching something else and trying to binge that and they will get to it eventually but then when they get to it and they hear that you canceled it they don't want to watch it and that's what brings it into purgatory. I hate it

I quit Netflix when all the shows I liked left stargate star trek,this show is the last thing I watched I loved it I would have stayed if this show was still on f netflix.
