Having a membership club is one of the best decisions I could’ve made for my business. I’ve had my club for about 9 months and it has grown to over 600 members (eBosses!). It has been a journey. I had NO idea what I was getting myself into when I started and want to share my insight of having one.

You are exactly right. I have a membership club for kids-girls. I've had my club since 2010. It can be very rewarding. But, it can also be a lot of hard work. I gained some insight from your video, Keep up the great work.

Great info Erin! Thanks for putting this video together. I agree it is a lot of work to do a membership program, but if it’s providing you with consistent income, hiring virtual assistants or ppl you know is key. You will then grow even more, subscribers will continue to get quality content consistently, and the owner can have more time off. I have a friend who did this. At first she was working lots of hours daily. Now, her subscribers are thousands, and she has hired a team of 30 ppl. As a result, my friend now only has to work 3-4 days a week. With all that said, you can have a solid membership club without being consumed by it.

But you always offer great advice no matter what the topic, so I watched 💘 Super, duper helpful!!! As an artist, I started a Patreon page almost 2 years that I never promote. This reminded me of that platform and reactivating that because it can definitely be a major stream of income since my social community has grown. Always adding value, thanks love!! Love you!!!! GREAT video💕💕💕 I do think 10k is an amazing opprotunity... unfortunately I think too many people are doing this without experience or providing value then writing "expert" in their bios. Consumers feel scammed these days. I also think soo many "coaches" just reuse other's content from another course. I love courses and self education, but I am interested in how the self education/business niche will move in the next year. I think the consumers will really force the coaches to innovate in the next year.
Totally agree! It's definitely something you have to be ready for. Without a high level of knowledge, a membership club can easily fall through, depending on what it's based on. Some membership groups are simply for accountability or support - but if you're starting one to provide educational value, you should def be prepared. Trust, members won't stay in if they feel they're being scammed. That's the beauty of it - it's not a long term commitment. Agreed - the industry will definitely continue to evolve, just as many others! xo E

Awesome video!! I have something similar. It’s more of a high ticket subscription online coaching. I have free Facebook group and then I upsell them to join my “VIP squad”. VIP gets more attention, coaching calls and custom workouts.

Great video Erin thanks for sharing. Do you have a VA or anyone other than your mum doing admin to help support all of this? For example, could you set a 'monthly theme, film the videos then get a VA to slice this up into content for the club (e.g. posts, polls, etc)? I can imagine it's incredibly time consuming but good for you I'm planning to join the e-club soon :D Steph.

Erin Congratulations on your membership club, it sounds awesome. I have started one myself but guess what, my internet connection is embarrassing me and there is little I can do (I've tried complaining etc. It can be great for a few months then intermittent for a month). I won't let that stop me though, do you know of any membership clubs that don't have live online sessions? Keep up the good work Erin.
I did 1 year of FREE small group tutoring and it was successful. I’m now thinking to create a club of the same sorts because as a private tutor I’m turning to many ppl away while I’m training others to tutor for my organization. Having this membership is going to be SO good because I can work with small groups of kids from K-3 grade. This will be introduced in our free parent reading workshops 3/4/2023 so they can become club members.

Love this! Have you thought about doing a more “eLite Eboss” Member status where they pay more a month but they get one on one time with you on a quarterly basis and the call could be for 30 minutes? You could limit the amount of people to join so that you’re not overwhelmed.
