  • Graz and Andrew team up to make a killer 1095 bushcraft knife with dyed burl and epoxy scales. They go through all the knife making steps; cutting the knife blank, grinding, heat-treating, tempering & making scale blanks. Once the knife is finished Graz heads out to the woods to see if he can start a fire with it. Will he succeed?

Nice work. The smaller the tinder you can use the easier to start a fire. If you can create some really tiny shavings it can help.

To strike a ferro rod, all you need is a nice 90° spine on the blade, and good tinder.
