I imagine SLO today lives up to its moniker as Slow-town, much like it was 40 years ago when i went there to do a few programs. Later i lived there for ten years and loved it!... best year round weather in the USA and a very livable small city with a major university.

It's definitely changed over the last 40 years - even just the last 5 years has seen a lot of growth. But it's still our little slice of paradise on the Central Coast of California.
