But for a synth-keybed, not bad (at least to me, but I might not be a great judge as almost allmy other synths are from the 70's and 80's... except for an M1 and a Wavestation, so...).
I'm sooooooo bummed this doesn't have pitch bend or mod changes as aftertouch settings and my 1985 DW-8000's do. That's incredibly stupid. Now I have to get a pitch bending pedal so i can do it with my left foot since my left hand is always playing some other part. Honestly, at this price it should have aftertouch and over 300 program slots. This is my last Korg ever. I think my Sledge blows it away for control AND sound. Great sounding synth. Poor understanding of the options performers need.
I don´t know why but I have seen many demos of this synth and It still does not impress me. To my ears, It sounds flat and with no soul. I think that even the MicroKORG sounds more interesting.
It has a lush and airey caracter. It also excells at emulating classic vintage synths like the Moog D type, korg ms 20, Prophet 5 and Oberheim synths, because of its various filter emulations. Its Caracter is similar to the great Korg Z1 but With even greater flexibility.
Odel 1980 I‘m sorry that there is something wrong with your ears. Maybe you give it another try. I think it’s as close as a digital machine can get to analog sounds. Well at least this is not the typical wisecrack „this is not the real thing, only true analog sounds good“- BS-post that usually appears in every single YT video featuring a VA synth.

I really dont mind the KK's keybed. I think it is much better than what I found on the xxx'logue series or some recent stuff from Roland or Yam. I havent tried the Krome or Kronos ones thouh. But for a synth-keybed, not bad (at least to me, but I might not be a great judge as almost allmy other synths are from the 70's and 80's... except for an M1 and a Wavestation, so...).
¿Are all these part of the 200 presets?
no, these is a set of 100 custom presets to add to the already existing 200 presets on your King Korg
Afterglow🤓
I don´t know why but I have seen many demos of this synth and It still does not impress me. To my ears, It sounds flat and with no soul. I think that even the MicroKORG sounds more interesting.
It has a lush and airey caracter. It also excells at emulating classic vintage synths like the Moog D type, korg ms 20, Prophet 5 and Oberheim synths, because of its various filter emulations. Its Caracter is similar to the great Korg Z1 but With even greater flexibility.
What Snuppeluppen said its does a good one on one emulation of those synths.
I Love 80s the problem is your ears but no worries not anybody is having taste for sound
This will smash a microkorg.
