    How do you get that deep scratch sound

  • @Antweezy

    how could you do this as a transition from two songs?

    • @digitaldjtips
      @digitaldjtips  6 років тому +1

      The best way to think of it is it's just like looping (but with a bit of flare), so any looping transition technique would likely work. Worth a shot :)

    Whats the name of that controller?

    Can someone help me understand the use of this technique. Can't we simply use the loop button on the controller instead? Is this just for the visual appeal?

    • @digitaldjtips
      @digitaldjtips  6 років тому +8

      You can - you can also use cue points instead of spinning the track backward. This technique adds a lot of flare to your mixing and gives you confidence and control over the track (plus, it's more fun) :)

    What are you doing when you are just spinning them around

      I assume you mean what Angelo does three seconds in for example? It's an old school technique as obviously you couldn't just hit a button and be taken back to the start of a track on vinyl

    CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME THE NAME OF THE SONG OF RASCO??

    • @digitaldjtips
      @digitaldjtips  6 років тому +1

      Not 100% sure on this, it's a loop from a Rasco instrumental, do a UA-cam search and check them out, they're all pretty cool to scratch over!
