Ik I’m like mega late but can someone explain to me why these don’t work with the factory projector lights the sport or Laramie come with?

So, I bought the Halo led projectors...everything worked out..until...my stock turnsignal won't fit in the shroud. It needs like 10-15° more turn and there's no room. The shroud itself is in the way. Terms like "modify" "break" "figure" "reconfigure" come slipping through like pulse but we all know this fraud is not what makes answers nor headlights that work. So what's up with these headlights I own now and that i needed for inspection...is there some special specific turn signal bulb that I'm supposed to use because mine simply does not fit. Am I not cool or something? Do I need special glasses or to sag my pants a little? What makes for a headlight that won't accept turn signal bulbs? Does spyder have customer service on these? So far I'm sitting at my house with about $250 worth of stuff that doesn't work and I e spent about $50 on returns just today and i still have a damaged radiator right behind me in a box..is anyone gonna help me...no...they're gonna ask for part numbers and let the sick coscience of democracy promote that my truck only ever needs stock headlights...not fun...not fun at all. Turning six screws should be simple. We shouldn't have to suffer because people want to compete and whine about us not paying them $175 to install our headlights when it literally costs $2.75. minus of course the chore-gasm of the complexities of travel here and there and the annoyance of naked hairy men and soft fried chicken that barks at me making my day worse. Justice is a psychological tormentor and revenge is a sensory based experience. Anyone with any info on a set of Spyder Halo projectors that accepts only certain special turn signals? Help would be nice..it is like eight pm and I would like to be getting an inspection at 8 am...paying my taxes by ten am and back home to install a new radiator...but none of that is going to happen because Spyder makes headlights that only accept...well...not my stock turn signal. Comments?
well then! you seem to be as frustrated with all these miraculous technologies that have no answers unless your lucky enough to run into someone who already did all the research! ITS FRICKEN EXUASTING! Installed these on my truck recently, love them other than the fact that they're really dim. The lows are fine but the brights absolutely suck!! How would I go about upgrading these to an led bulb?
nobody seems to know! LOL!
On a website like CARID for example, filter the car to the Ram 1500 model of your choice and then find the LED bulbs page. There you will find the “Vehicle Specific” LED bulb conversion kits. I’m using the 2012 1500 as an example in this link www.carid.com/2012-ram-1500-led-lights/
@@vindictivegrind9370 well I really really wish I would've found your comment sooner, my truck was rolled because I couldn't see late at night with these and the driverside bulb went out before I crashed. Im sure if they were led's I would've been fine :(
What would be the best led bulbs for these?
I just got these and cant get the led tube to even turn on let alone the switchback turn signal working, everything else works fine even the corner turn signals yet my dashboard says both turn signals are out
There 2 different types of headlight, there’s reflectors and projectors, this fits the reflectors and not the projectors
I already went through 3 Sets of H1 bulbs
HB3 too them bulbs
Are extremely stupid expensive too

Bad thing is the running lights almost look yellow instead of white they could of made them more intense. It makes them more after markety looking.
Well they are aftermarket lol

They sell lights without bulbs and don’t say nothing on their ad til you receive them .. and get pissed
I just got these, but there are only 2 wires for the led strip. Is that going to be a problem?

No it wont. You just wout have a switchback oled tube
@@cayerman1 what wire did you tap into for power? I have a black which is obviously negative, but I also have a white with a blue stripe and white with a green stripe. Only reason im asking is because i dont have a working multimeter
I just received the same ones on this video. Connected them just how he explained black to black on the turn signal wire.
And the red and yellow to the remaining ones
Which one is for yellow and which one is for red?, or it doesn't matter?
