What is ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response)?
Many people experience a tingling sensation on the back of their head in response to a whisper, soft spoken voice, personal attention (even through a video or audio recording) or certain relaxing sounds (triggers). This sensation (tingles) can make you feel happy and, relaxed, and helps many people to sleep. ASMR is a popular relaxation technique for anxiety. Don't worry if you don't experience ASMR as you can still receive relaxation even without a tingle sensation. For the best ASMR tingles use headphones.

Before asmr was a thing I would listen to, not watch, massage videos. Now there are thousands of asmr massage videos but ironically almost none of them describe the massage in detail so I can imagine it. I do believe your videos are the best in this regard.
I listen too instead of watch ASMR too so I want everything described to me as well (I also started with ASMR in the age of Whister Crystal). I'm so glad you like these.

JessicaCross ASMR ..I have pain in my left shoulder, I got one time massage, it's good, but I feel the pain still in, what you recommend to keep do in it every day or once a week. Or amonth.. I try to save time going to massage place.
It depends on what the pain is from. I would have a Dr. check it out and see if it is a muscle issue that massage could help with, or if you may need a Physical Therapist or something else. Good luck
