What is ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response)?
Many people experience a tingling sensation on the back of their head in response to a whisper, soft spoken voice, personal attention (even through a video or audio recording) or certain relaxing sounds (triggers). This sensation (tingles) can make you feel happy and, relaxed, and helps many people to sleep. ASMR is a popular relaxation technique for anxiety. Don't worry if you don't experience ASMR as you can still receive relaxation even without a tingle sensation. For the best ASMR tingles use headphones.

Love your videos however this one has the UA-cam bug of ads through it. I know there's been others also affected that have had to manually remove the additional ads.

Just go to end of the video and restart it to remove the ads. Critical for ASMR videos.

@@NuttyMcFreak a few other channels had multiple ads put in all their stuff so were having to go through all individually. Definitely not an easy job. Which is why I now comment as it's usually UA-cam that's to blame especially on asmr style channels.
Do you actually talk someone through a massage? I don’t really want to talk, but the thought of silence is kind of unsettling to me
No I don't but I do often have conversations or comment on what I feel in the person's body.
