Strength Asylum isn’t just for guys !
Although we’re renowned as a Bodybuilding and Strongman gym having had such amazing athletes as Eddie Hall, Sasan Heirati and Jordan Peters regularly training here we do have loads of female members.
In fact we pride ourselves on how many say they feel so comfortable here compared to others gyms !
We have ladies of all ages, shapes and sizes, all with different goals , from just losing a bit of weight and toning up to competing in Figure and Physique, Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting and Strongwoman.
Over the last year we have also invested a lot of money refurbishing the ladies shower and changing room. A strict cleaning regime ensures everywhere is as clean and tidy as possible, something we also regularly get complimented on .
