    120g 普通面粉 Plain flour/all-purpose flour
    15g 细砂糖/糖粉 Caster sugar/icing sugar
    35g 白油/猪油/黄油 Shortening/lard/butter
    55g 水 Water
    油酥面团 Oil dough:
    100g 普通面粉 Plain flour/all-purpose flour
    70g 白油/猪油/黄油 Shortening/lard/butter
    640g 芋泥馅 Taro filling

    ▌步骤 Instructions
    1. 馅料分成80g一份,包起来防止变干,馅料提前做好放冰箱保存可以节省时间,冷冻则可以保存更久,要用时解冻即可
    2. 水油面团的材料混合均匀,揉面1-2分钟,根据视频中的方法调整水量,包起来休息至少半小时
    3. 油酥面团材料混合均匀,无需揉面,成团即可,包起来防止变干,白油和猪油的起酥效果都很好,黄油则一般
    4. 休息充足的水油面团和油酥面团平分成4份,把油酥包入水油面团,根据视频中的手法整型,一共可以做8个月饼
    5. 热油后转小火慢炸,一个大约炸9分钟,如果用烤箱烤,以同时烤8个月饼为准,预热好的烤箱中层,170℃烤30-35分钟

    小豪中秋佳節愉快🥰。
    在台灣我喜歡綠豆椪和白豆沙口味的月餅🥮。所以直接油炸和提起再油炸這2種方式的月餅口感是一樣的吧?😆😆
