What if you had an app on there, and now it’s disappeared? I did have prime music and now I don’t. Is it because I downloaded Roku and Prime Music is on there? Please help. I will get rid of the roku app if I need to. I liked having the Amazon prime app along the bottom so I could just pick it. Thanks in advance for your help.

If your having the same issue as I did where you click install and nothing happens, try resetting your TV by holding down the power button for 8 seconds. Thank me later

I had the same issue. In case you are still having issues, this is what I did:
1. Press the source button on the remote
2. Go to Apps icon
3. Select e-manual
4. Search “apps”
5. Select “read before using apps”.
I read thru that, and registered my TV, and tried downloading an app again and it worked. Prior to this I would click on the app I wanted but it wouldn’t load. I did those steps and I was able to download other apps
