How To Crochet For Absolute Beginners // Part 1

Hey yall!
I am so excited you’re here and I can’t wait for you to start your crochet journey! Be patient and easy on yourself when you’re starting out. You will get the hang of it!!
In this video we learn how to make a chain, the single crochet stitch, double crochet stitch, and half double crochet stitch. We also learn how to weave in our ends when we finish our project.

Hey Emily. If you are teaching an 8 year old, do you use the same size hooks or do they have child size hooks. Laney is wanting to learn and no one in our family knows how!🥲

Yes! I would start them on a regular hook. I just tried to find children’s hooks and I don’t think they make them!❤

Hi Emily:
I have been crochet for about 14 Years. I am left-handed, and all my patterns that I use are written for right handed people. I just follow along as it says, I just don't find it that difficult to follow. Just as you said it's the opposite of yours.
