Very good building but not too disabled friendly. I wonder how people pushing triwalkers and on wheelchairs can go down stairs from Bargate to the bottom. I know there is a very long ramp but no good cos have to go round once reached bottom. I expect to hear from someone who planned this to make us a explanation. It's against disability act for anyone who fails to make sure disabled access in shops, etc.
Very impressive and it will bring Southampton city centre more up to date.
