Jill does have the ultimate solo 【Live Cover】Eruption(Van Halen) ~ The Dance of Eternity(Dream Theater) ua-cam.com/video/XC2A1hbuLmI/v-deo.html One you may like is their latest release "want to LIVE" ua-cam.com/video/qXPUpsnrxcA/v-deo.html
The song is from a 2014 album, which is before Jill joined the band. The band started in 2008 with just 2 members, Shiren (lead guitar(white jacket)) and Fuki (singer) doing Touhou arrangement albums. Touhou is a very popular video game series in Japan, and they slowly added members over the years, with the last being Jill (violin) in 2015. They never meant the band to be popular, as it was a side project, Fuki was in a band called Lightbinger which was her main focus. But fans being fans, didn't see it that way, and wanted them to play live, so they got some friends to help them play live, and their popularity grew in Japan amongst the Touhou metal fans. Then in 2014 they released an album their own songs, Affected, which this song is from. In 2017 they released their 1st music video "black Pentagram". This was around the time they started to shift from a side project to a full time band, a lot to do with Shiren's injury, tendonitis of the wrist. He had gave up all the other bands he was in, but kept Unlucky Morpheus going as it was his band, the one he started. But Shiren was still a bit unsure on what he could do within the band due to his injury, as he found it hard to play, but did not want to give up. So with careful management, plus the headless guitar on a stand he has slowly started to recover. It was Also the time Lightbinger went in to hiatus, so Fuki had more time to dedicate to the band, and the others followed. Mind you Jiniya (guitar) and Ogawa (bass) are still in other bands, they seem to do more with Unlucky Morpheus. So slowly they drifted in to being a full time band. In 2019 they played for the 1st time out side Japan at a Japanese music festival in London, and were surprised that people had ever heard of them, outside Japan. As far as they knew they were a small Japanese band, that played to a small niche Japanese market. Something you have to realise is that the Japanese metal scene for Japanese bands is very small, 500 - 750 is a big crowd. The metal scene is big in Japan for western bands and Japanese bands that have been around for years, or are known overseas like Babymetal or Lovebites.
Hey dude, o looking your reactions for lovebites and Ankimo, would recommend to you another superB from japan called Dir En Grey, their vocalist called Kyo is one of the best vocalist in metal history, if you don't known this band try check out DIR EN GREY - 鱗 [eng sub] LIVE HD FYI: this band is really dark and heavy as you liked. Greetings!!!
