Nicknamed "Fighting Jack Churchill" and "Mad Jack", he was known for the motto: " _Any officer who goes into action without his sword is improperly dressed._ "" - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Churchill Man literally went Medieval on Nazi asses.

I actually liked CoD 3's multiplayer. It's basic by today standards, but you could pick a class (Assault, Sniper, Medic, etc) and depending on how well you did with them, it'd give your character new abilities. Like, Sniper had binoculars that could call down a mortar barrage on a location. At level 1, it took ages to refill. But at the final level, you could call one down like, every 90 seconds. It was match specific so when you joined a new game, you'd be back at square 1 (which I personally liked). Also was the first CoD to introduce drivable vehicles to the multiplayer, and driving around in sidecars on motorcycles or driving around in a tank was exciting. BF had just barely started to make it to consoles with Battlefield 2: Modern Combat, so this was pretty revolutionary when I was a young lad.

Quite a lot with WW2 regarding past events in the HQ. Even some old Morse code transcripts
Ah Call Of Duty Finest Hour.... The game that got me into the COD series...
Black Ops 1: Nuketown Mannequins
Black Ops 2: Nuketown Mannequins
Black Ops 3: Nuketown Mannequins
Black Ops 4: Nuketown Mannequins
Another Easter egg in Deeprock Galactic is the bartender. His name and clothing is a reference to the bartender in the shining.
I’m surprised for Modern Warfare 3 you didn’t go with the ghost voices from one of the multiplayer maps. The voices were from the “Davis Family Vacation” segment of one of the missions
3:21 FORGETTABLE?! D: the multiplayer was so much fun.
I spent an entire night on the modern warfare map easter eggs when the game was the most current with a friend. I beat the giant teddy bear and golden toilet paper easter eggs pretty quick, but it took FOREVER to find the mousetraps on cheshire park. It was still fun tho
I absolutely loved ghost, so I was hoping you'd cover the crane with the venom-x in the ghost recreation of dome, but since you already did two covering wonder weapons from alternative game modes, Micheal and the predator are very good second choices.
In COD 3, on the chapter selection screen, hold SELECT and input RIGHT, RIGHT, LEFT, LEFT, SQUARE, SQUARE to unlock all stages.
Cheats were always a thing in CoD 4. Bad Year made enemies explodes into tires, cluster grenades, infinite ammo, and I think invincibility were also cheats
I feel like I found a few Easter eggs in the CoD WWII hq my favorite was if you follow a secret way on top of the bunker in the middle you can find a sledgehammer near a ledge referencing SHG
I found an Easter egg in Far Cry 5. Idk if it’s already been mentioned but while driving the “Uncle Sam” car you get for completing a clutch nixion event. You can see a posted note that says GGWP GLHF (good game well played. Good luck have fun)
Ok but this is CALL OF DUTY
Not sure if shown, but in unraveled, while still doing the tutorial, if you mess up on the bridge it will give you a little message. Gave me a chuckle.
3:20 “One of the most forgettable Call of Duty games of all time” dude Call of Duty 3 was a great game- had a fun campaign and an awesome multiplayer with great maps
I remember the call of duty 2 thing for sure, because I always like to see how much dialogue there is.
1:20 For every like this comment gets I'll do one pushup and post a video of it
I don't know who he doesn't mention that the burger town mascot is also the same one from AW zombies Infection, where if you fixed it. The machine could come to life and fight for you.
The original modern warfare had cheats in the game already, that was the point of collecting the intel, the remastered just added more cheats
In Black Ops 3, if you shoot all of the heads down of the manicans (I'm German so I don't know if that is spelled correctly), all of them turn into a zombie horde but, you have to do that in, I think, either under 1 min or 90 seconds. I'm not quite sure but still, it's really fun
I never knew the Ray Gun had an origin story
One Easter egg I have never heard anyone talk about is that on the numbers mission where you get the thunder gun you can go up to a door in that apartment complex and hear a zombie screaming on the other side
OG Moder Warfare intel cheat “A Bad Year” turns enemies into a bunch of tires whenever they are shot. This is a reference to Good Year Tire Center
In call of duty 3 map "stalag" if you climb a building with a green roof and aim with your sniper in the distance on a trailer or small building a picture of a skull with flames can be seen but if you move it disappears
The Ray Gun was a video I clicked on and remember thinking “what a clickbait video, there’s no way” and after getting it myself my mind was blown. It’s such a staple now, everyone wanted the Ray Gun.
Yeah the Myers thing was very fun to play when that dlc game out I remember them heavily marketing around that and the alien mode. Got a killcam with that killstreak. Good times
13:17 I think the quarter master is a reference to Jack Churchill. For those who don't know, here's his Wikipedia intro:
"John Malcolm Thorpe Fleming Churchill, DSO & Bar, MC & Bar (16 September 1906 - 8 March 1996) was a British Army officer who fought in the Second World War with a longbow, bagpipes, and a Scottish broadsword. Nicknamed "Fighting Jack Churchill" and "Mad Jack", he was known for the motto: " _Any officer who goes into action without his sword is improperly dressed._ ""
- en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Churchill
Man literally went Medieval on Nazi asses.
Nice, I love these Easter eggs & hidden details videos from your channel a lot.👍
Advanced warfare had an Easter egg in the campaign where if you jump on certain ledges you can find an untextured rpg
The best part of WAW’s Ray Gun in the campaign was that the dev who implemented it didn’t let Treyarch know he did it and it nearly caused him to get FIRED over it.
That Cod 1 Easter egg is literally the creepiest thing in gaming. Just so weird how they can disassociate from the war, and put that in place. Imagine no Internet, that was the creepiest Easter egg of it's time.
In House Flipper, if you attempt to sell things that don’t need to sold when flipping a house, your character will say things like, “I don’t want to earn money this way”, or “I shouldn’t do this.” However, if you keep trying to sell things, your character will say other dialogue like, “This is immoral”, “Who do you think I am?”, and “We’re not playing Thief Simulator.” (Since being that the creators of House Flipper also created Thief Simulator.)
Would've never guessed that a simple zombie mannequin easter egg would've had the greatest impact in my life of gaming
I'm honestly surprised they had easter eggs in such old games not only cod alone but even doom and others is crazy
I know a guy who has his COD clan tag tattooed on his arm.....
That guy may be me
man black ops 3 had so many. same thing with nuketown but shooting the heads off, starting the zombies mode. and don't forget it was the first game to have dark matter which was completely hidden until someone actually got diamond on everything for no reason lmao. and the gold and black hero armor you get the challenges for after unlocking every piece of armor in the game
holy friggen moly, I grew up on Finest Hour, never thought anyone would give it a reasonable mention.
im going to cry
3:19 hey now. This game was my childhood. I still remember crossing that boat and tank spotting and that really stupid zoom in of that Scottish guys face
In Vanguard you can find yellow duck on nearly every map.
@Captain Eggcellent in AW in sone mission in the campaign you can find a leftover rpg asset on one of the rooftops that still functions well it’s left over from like the beginning of development
"It also claims that we would like its meat inside of us, but if your into that stuff, its cool" Bro had me dying😂😂😂
Who’s first COD game was Ghosts? That game is what made me a fan of this franchise
That BO3 Weeping Angeles was fucking genuinely terrifying.
Especially if your mates do it when you aren't expecting it.
In cod ww2 there’s also a saving private Ryan Easter egg
Yes there was
Fun fact: My ancestors are Scottish and my last name is Scottish and it McMullen and my Scottish clans name is MacMillan or MacMullen or McMullen which is always fun
Cod4 Grimes rap was hilarious also - for those who don’t know, the character is modelled after an IW employee and he raps during the credits
Did you see that ludicrous upload last night? Was Eggcellent thinking! 😅
Love the videos 👌🏻
In the mission "throttle" in advanced warfare, you can get on top of the atlas hq building (the left side of the building)
and there will be an unused RPG-7 on top which has no sounds
Fun fact: "Boring conversation anyway" is also referenced in the first British campaign mission in World At War Final Fronts (the PS2 version).
In cod ghost, one of the maps(I forgot the name) there are a bunch of gnomes in hidden places and to find all you have to explode a building to find. It’s really cool
For those wondering. No you can't just be Myers or predator in ghosts. It's a dlc. And I don't even think it's available for purchase anymore
The ee for the World At War isn't actually required to stand in each foxhole for a few seconds. You can actually just walk straight through and sit in the last one until those statues appear.
