The T-ninja Box can work with Phoenix Lite2, and it's update is not additional, it's included in Phoenix lite2, the yearly subscription for Phoenix Lite2 is 495. If the subscription expires, you won't lose full function, but you won't be able to download newer software versions and if you delete the software, you won't be able to download it back.
So update on that VW coverage. Did a 2016 tiguan proximity key, add key went through process in less than 10 minutes and after the ignition would not turn on and display would say 0-2 keys so it failed even though it said success now i have a car that I can't move ( erased oem key but weird is it make and locked both keys). Customer service was great I'll give them a 10 out of 10. But no results 3 hours later topdon got the cs code and pin code and I was fortunate to take a picture, but when tried to use it to add key it kept on failing topdon costumer service had romote acces and could not do it either . When my friend got back i grabbed autel im608 manual mode add key l entered cs code and pin code from topdon picture I took and added key in 10 seconds. So I belive there could be an improvement on that part from topdon to add key manually. Called back customer service and gave them an update. Hopefully they will look into it a little more. Overall I'm happy with the Phoenix smart and the t-ninja box.

I need to know how to enter bench key programming which is not letting me, is that even an option on this tool? I do a lot of bench work and on car work so would be great if I can do bench work with this.

All vehicles' IMMO boxes have the same function - to prevent vehicle theft and store the complete IMMO data of the vehicle. When replacing the IMMO box, the first step is to synchronize the IMMO data between the IMMO box and other IMMO components of the vehicle (such as the engine). After that, perform a complete key loss.

And I purchased this tool plus the Phoenix smart as a backup and wondering if topdon prog is capable of adding that key. Thank you.
