Had my 11th veganniversary on the 13th of this month. I quit social media a few years ago already.. so I had nobody to tell. I used to host a Facebook group where I provided usable information for other vegans to use to convert non-vegans to veganism. I would get thousands of veganniversary wishes each year. But I abandoned it when I began my boycott of Zuckerberg and Musk products. I just couldn't justify making that ginger richer only for him to take his staff 'hunting' wild boars in fenced off cages with bows and arrows. @compassionatevegan

Every person who values a woman’s right to privacy should vote democratic.
Republicans are not better with the economy or immigration.
What about your right to privacy? Saying that it cannot be limited to protect someone's life gives that right a special privilege no other right has, making it a special right. It is a fundamental right, but not some sort of special right. Anyone can use your body to sustain another person's life, I can do anything from plucking a single strand of hair off the top of your head to forcing you to join the military during a time of war.
@@Limosetheyou cannot force a person to give blood or blood marrow to save a life. Nor can you force someone to donate a kidney when you can live on one. That would save a TON of lives if it were legal and yet we do not support this because it infringes on their bodily autonomy. Forcing a woman to carry a fetus is infringing on her free will to live HER LIFE as she chooses.

My doubts were already growing after seeing they didn't honor Contract with America, actually put the US into MORE debt than the Dems do despite their rhetoric (i.e. GW putting us in 2 wars at same time, etc.). But I have relatives that only listen to Fox and other cesspool info sources and it drives me nuts. Republicans SAY they want state rights, but then try to use the feds to tell us all how to live - total hypocrites and illogical actions.

I voted Republican until I started the switch in 2008. I was splitting my ticket until 2016. By the time I decided to give the GOP another serious look, they were no longer the party that I had supported previously. In some ways, I'm embarrassed that I supported them in the 00s and even more embarrassed of what they've become since.
