Lemme tell you what you have to do to enhance light difusion as a 15 years of experience letter maker in the signmaking industry. You take the black casing and cover it paper tape and paint the inside zone where the led's will be put. You will get perfect difusion then.
@@viacheslavpronin8553 the point is to make the inside of the non transparent part of the letter white so it will make a huge diffrence when you light it up
5 years sign making experience here... why the hell wouldn't you make your backs out of prepainted .090" and prepainted channel coil? you'd have to be crazy to paint absolutely everything.
In my experience the best is natural pla (no color) at 2mm thickness. I also like luminous and glow in the dark blue. They both look like natural pla but the after glow is cool.
@xlxalm not when you know the person's sex it's not. That would be like refering to a car as a "thing" as if you're not sure it's a car or not. You never refer to a single person as "they" when you know he is a man.
@@ge2719 you can't be serious lmao... If someone was to ask "can he play baseball with us? The response could be either "are they in shape" or "is he in shape" and both be totally acceptable.... It's been used like that for ages man.
@xlxalm if that's how you have been using it then you have been using it wrong. You don't use they when you literally have been told he's a man. As I said. You are essentially refusing to use the correct word and instead using a more general terms for no reason. So you also walk around talking like this "I went to the place that sells food the other time and decided to sit in and control my vehicle using the things on the ends of my limbs to get to the place". Or do you say "i drove my car to the supermarket"? We have words for a reason. By using "they" you are stating it is either multiple people, or a single person who's sex you don't know. So you're using the word Incorrectly.
I'm gonna bet making letters from acrylic is a thousand times cheaper in materials and time. I've seen the videos of Indians making them and without lasers too
without lasers... uh, what? i work in a commercial signage shop that dates back to 1945 and we absolutley dominate the industry in our city of population 1 million. we have a laser cutter but we don't use it to make acrylic faced aluminum channel letters 😂 you seem to have no clue and little regard for the rapid protoyping of 3D printing. this is $3 of filament. $3 of 3/16" sign acrylic is about the size of your phone.
Great video! and thanks for naming me! It is a pleasure that my work serves as inspiration for other projects.
Your 3d printed sign video was my tutorial for my own first ever 3d model. A bit hard with only subtitles, but it worked in the end😊
You are an authentic beast, the real goat. Greetings from Madrid from another 3d printing enthusiast!
love this work do you have a tutorial helping with the geometry nodes i would love to try this out
Great to see how that diffusion layer works really well
What material do you use for the diffuser ?
It looks like White or Translucent PLA printed with a thinner width, but i may be wrong
I've found that making the diffusion pieces 0.2-0.6mm thicker can also help with diffusion, depending on the strength of your LEDs.
What material you used for difussion?
Also If you print the diffuser upwards (sometimes necessary) fuzzy skin can make a very nice diffusor.
Nice one Love the song at the end made turn the volume up. thanks for all the things you do
I want to make one for my studio. They look great!
is it possible to make a character in this way, say like a pokemon? if so do you have or can you make a tutorial
Eine genauere Erklärung wie man mit diesem Programm die Schriften erstellt wäre super 👍
Great video man! Your channel looks very promising! Keep the valuable content and you'll be high very quickly!
HELLO.....WHAT MATERIAL WAS THE WHITE PRINTED IN
You can make it of a thin layer of PLA, enough for the light to pass through, about 0.2 or 0.3mm
Nice project, looks amazing good.

Great video❤❤ can you tell more about automation and scripting that you said help make it faster??
What font did you use for the "keep making" sign?
thanks so much! ive always wanted to do my own led sign
What did you mean by "your diffusion layer is too closed to the led" ? Do you mean just increase the thickness of the diffusion caps?
is the diffusion filament just plain white?
Merhaba, KEEP MAKING HARFLERİ alttaki siyah malzeme forex üsteki sarı renkli yazı nedir dökme yazımı

Anyone have an idea what the font is for the "KEEP MAKING!" sign?
Hi would you take orders if want something made not so complicated just car emblem
Can PCBWay make something like this or do you know of anyone who could be commissioned to make a custom one
What material did you use for the diffusion caps? And how thick was it to be able to let the light shine through? Great video!

what type of filament is used on the white extruded part?
You can use PLA. Thin enough so the light can pass through, around 0.2mm or 0.3mm
@@pabloypachu Thanks for the info. Newbie here.
What did you make the diffusers out of......?
White pla i think
Cool video and sick song at the end! You mind sharing it?
Looks fantastic! Is that just standard white PLA you are using? 😊
Anyone have the node setup?
Gosto muito do seu conteúdo, hoje com IA, você poderia disponibilizar o curso em português, seria bem Legal
Timely video for me great job! Where did you put the hole in the design for the power?

Можно фольгу постелить и будет равномерно и ярко.
I really wish i could pay someone a couple bucks to put text i to their auto models like this for me to print
Two videos, and nothing for 11 months. What happened?
Keep making
hi, we are a sign company from China, we can make such sign. Do you need a quote of a sign art?
This is more of a commercial. Disappointing. :(
Why using this terrible looking cool plate?
It's the stock plate with lots of glue stuck on it lol.
duke doks is a guy, you don't have to keep referring to him as "they".
Relax, they is a general term... It's been used like that way before the "they/them" crew.

This is a 3d printing video on how to do this at home by yourself. Not sure how your comment is relevant or helpful whatsoever.
Could u share that video link

Good luck curving the acrylics for such small letter and gluing & burning your fingers .
