Awesome lessons man! Thank you so much! For a number of reasons, I think your lessons are the best:
• Calm voice
• Clear explanation
• Nice view of both hands with no separate/blurred/dark screens
• Both paces are explained. Advanced and a very user-friendly beginner-turtle-like ninja pace
• Easy to watch and easy to follow
• No pathos or arrogance - very friendly and straight to the point
• Extended lessons - I always get more than I came for
• Nice tunes
Just keep it up and stay awesome!
Thank you so much! I'm really happy they help you 🙌🎸
Spot on comment, I've just subscribed and can't wait to watch more lessons

anyone who would dislike this video needs to get a life. This dude did an amazing lesson. UA-cam brings out more haters than anything I know.

Were my thoughts
Really, Wow... 😢😢😢
agreed%100,,,they need to to go play their justin beeb crap!
Me too I agree great video
Lee, this is the first time I finally began to understand the structure of the notes, chords and string and fret progression. I am 74 and started Learning guitar after wanting to learn when I was young. I was so busy keeping food on the table I didn’t allow the time for this. I have had a guitar for 2 weeks. My wife of 54 years is dying and she wants to see me do this. So, I have seriously watched and enjoyed other you tube channels and learned and enjoyed. However, the programs and instruction you provide have helped me to go beyond just learning the chords. Thanks. I will continue to watch your videos. Thanks..... also..... Lee W.
Hey Lee, I'm really happy to hear that the videos about to out! And I'm very sorry to hear about your wife. Keep going with the playing and the if it helps I offer online one-to-one tutorials. Just fire my admin an email over on my website. All the best LJ
Hi Lee.
This has to be the best soloing for beginners ever.
Thank you so very much for putting this lesson up on UA-cam.
Cheers Bro.
I'm glad it helps dude👍
Duffermod
I’m loving this too
I've been playing for 10 years and you still learn! All beginners be encouraged! Lee is a great teacher and still gives me ideas.
😁👍
I play for 4 months and I am past intermediate and practice 4 hours a day and this channel helps alot
Fuck me!! I just had a light bulb moment!! Thank you so much!! I've just applied
this to something else and literally within seconds I'm playing things I didn't think I was capable of!!!!!!!!
Jaja, I was thinking the same...great simple beginning solo lesson.
Me too!
So many guitar teachers on here. Keep finding new ones that I like better or differently. I love this guy's voice and vibe. The way he puts it together. Awesome
Lee is a fabulous teacher; I must practise his lessons over and over. The open upper chord and open strings may not give me tough time because I already have some idea. Thanks Lee
Wow, learnt more in 2 days about navigating the fret board than i thought I could, thank you very much.
Your teaching style is keeping it simple and fun. Thanks again Lee you Rock.
👊😎🎸
This is the best simple breakdown of fundamental lead guitar that I've found on UA-cam so far. Well done!
Thank you thank you thank you ! I have been plunking away at the guitar for a few years no one has ever been this easy to follow you are my new favorite person thank you thank you!
Thanks
This tutorial is awesome! I was tired of watching the countless "tutorials" on YT in which guitarists start out by claiming it's their "tutorial" vid and where they end up is either going way too fast and/or not being explanatory enough. Great job Lee!
Thanks so much bro.. Ive been so desperately looking for a simple to learn solo class. More of this pls. God bless you
been looking for days on youtube for a clear explanation for beginners solo's......and found you.....simple, precise, slow and easy ....thanks....
Enjoy!
Thank you for this eye-opening effect. I think learning something is always guided by these effects. And if your heart is burning for something, you are very grateful for it.
Been learning acoustic guitar via UA-cam for about a year now…mainly chord progressions. Wanted to add a bit of soloing into the progression and after several poor lessons landed on this video. Perfection! I’ll have this on loop for a couple weeks I’m sure. Thank you for your content!
Fantastic lesson. You are a great teacher and a beautiful soul. More power to you
Now this is awesome! The easiest lesson for soloing I’ve ever got! Thanks a million times❣️❤️🔥
You are a fantastic teacher, just picking up my guitar again after a few decades, and this is so well explained and easy to understand... bravo dude
Best tutorial i have watched so far. Omg you are an amazing teacher. God bless.❤
I have watched hundreds of videos and was never able to play like this, but this was really sensible and easy. Good work Sir !!
great tutorial! just what i needed to progress. easy to understand, well paced, and informational. thanks for the help!
Dude, I have been playing guitar for 10 years. I have NEVER understood how to Solo, because I never understood how to stay in key. This is the most concise video I have ever seen, and I am SO pumped to try this out. I feel like I get it now! Thank you soooooooooooooo much.
Excellent dude!🙌🎸
Excellent tutorial, well done and explained . A word for the beginner guitar players, this will help you a lot more by learning all guitar notes on the fret board. Cheers !!!
I've been a beginning player for over 40 years and I learned a valuable lesson from this video. This new subscriber says thank you!
Hey thanks Rodger! keep going my friend👍🎸
Damn, how can a person be a beginner guitarist for 40 years?... have you been starting from the basics for the last 40 years, damn.
@@cesmon1cm not everyone is as smart as you bro
@@rickysherfy3990 Ricky, I was not implying that Roger is not that bright and probably asking myself, whom has been self learning, at what point do I not consider myself a beginner...if I offended anyone, my sincere apology and keep at it Rodger.
@@cesmon1cm h bi hi
I learned the solo of Hotel California during the lockdown thanks to Lee.
Great work bro 👍🎸
This is great, really sort of helps me to think about guitar in a different way, simple easy to understand and well explained thanks dude
Excellent video, very informative, easy to understand and helpful. Thank you.
I agrre - I have watched plenty of the se 'hoe t solo' for beginners and this is by far the best. Thanks Lee
As a beginner player, this is a great lesson. Great way to put some fun into a practice session. Thank you
Lee, the best thing I can say is your style works for us beginners. You are one of the few who actually takes the time to make it seem possible. Thanks man.
Thanks Jim, really happy they help👍
Thanks so much for that,I’m learning scales and not sure what to do with them. This is something I can crack on with now!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Thank you very much sir for your lesson on learning to solo in combination with open chords. This is a nice lesson where you show string by string the notes to be soloed with. Also, it is helpful when you show the strings to be soloed with one finger so that your students can clearly see which strings and notes you are using. Many guitar teachers don't use one finger like that, and then it is not clear which notes they are using and fretting. This is a great lesson for beginners.
This popped up in my u tube list today. It's not just the best soloing video for beginners I've seen but also for those of us who have been struggling along for years. I knew the box and a lot of what you did but never had it explained this clearly and well enough to start using. Thanks for a great boost to my playing.
Thanks Roy ! Enjoy 🙌🎸
Excellent video! Thank you for taking the time to do this.😃👍
Thank you for your guidance. This means a lot to me so much.
Supremely useful and and remained uncomplicated on what could have been very deep. Soloing chord tones!!
BAM! It hit me like a slap in the face! I finally get it. Thanks so much for the GREAT lesson Lee.
I've been stuck strumming and am very happy to have found an awesome solo lesson. Thanks for sharing another video!!
Agree with Duffermod. Simply explained and useful - thanks Lee

Great lesson all the years I been playin (badly) and I never knew this !! Thank you
Love this lesson Lee and big thanks... you have helped me rediscover guitar and you have inspired me to take my own guitar tutorial channel to the next level. I'm doing play-along sing-along songs from all genres and decades, chords, strumming and lyrics. Keeping it simple. Thanks for the inspiration Lee. Cheers. 🎸👍👏👏👏
been learning pentatonics for a while, but this what You say is ready to use pattern, fab! Many thanks :)
Brilliant lesson thank you more of these basic lessons like this brilliant thank you from Ireland 👍
Hey that was fun! I'll have to come back every once in awhile but you've given me an exercise that's going to take me a long time to get it right. Thanks!
Whoahhh... It's like when you are looking for that missing edge piece of a puzzle and then there it is. I understand the scales theory part of this, but never saw it this simplified to go from chord to solo. Why couldn't I have found this a year ago...Thanks man!
Absolutely fabulous! And also a great way to learn the fretboard. And also a great way to practice Hammer-ons and pull offs and other tricks.
Thx
I will have to agree with everyone watching you on this UA-cam channel, and I want to say thank you for sharing your knowledge brother because all I have been doing is practicing and not getting anywhere but you just turned on a light for me so I do believe I will hanging out with you from now on and again thank you Lee

What an amazing exercise...best lesson I've had on how to incorporate the pentatonic
I've been struggling to play my guitar for over 20 years I usually sing loud so nobody can hear my mistakes, you have succeeded in doing something nobody's been able to do, I'm finally able to understand how to get the best from my guitar. Thank you so much for these videos.

I play guitar and rarely do I subscribe to UA-cam guitar lessons but must do it here! You bought me over with just your concise intro to the main lesson. Others over talk the lesson but you let the lesson do the talk. Good job!

Bro you are a ledgend!! No BS , No lies and mostly important you get straight to the point I love your channel my man!
